If I set it for 6 am with a 30 minute window meaning the latest it would go off is 6 am.... and if that thing woke me up at 5:30 am I would be all about the snooze button until 6 am. I don't think that would work for me.

I think you have my number here as well....

I have set my alarm clocks ahead...but I know by precisely how much so I just deduct that when I first get woken up! Then I have set the clock time ahead by an unknown amount...so when I was woken up the first day, I checked the time against my cellphone and then went back to bed.

hahaha that's funny.

Usually I set my alarm an hour earlier than I have to wake up so that I get to go back to bed haha then when it goes off again I use the snooze button several times until I have 5 minutes to get up and get out the door.

You can change the window to 30, 20, 10 or 0 minutes. 0 minutes is just a regular alarm.

REPORT..... It woke me at 0543. My wife then wrapped her arms and legs around me and I stayed in bed until 0600. :) My normal routine is for my alarm to go off at 0530 and I hit snooze until 0610 or 0620. I have to be work at 0700 but there is really no one there to enforce it. So I show up when I want.

It also tracks how many times (and at what time) you wake up during the night and the average between the awake moments. My was 14 times awake with an average of 26 minutes between.

Sunday night I am setting the window to 20 minutes.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

But the real question is do you feel more rested since it woke you when you weren't in a deep sleep?

Yeah. It was like those moments before where you wake up right before your alarm clock goes off.
