i know what you mean..i have been trying to be positive about this but when you see that everybody is getting their approvals,inevitably you will be again depressed

Nah, not yet. We're still working on it as well. I lost my Grandma this week and have been traveling back here to "home" (Mal's neck of the woods) for the service and hopped on today after I hooked up my Dad's DSL for him.

Sitting here watching it snow on my mini snow man I made today.

So Chris and I had a frustrated and long chat.

He has booked me a plane ticket for the 31st of March to come back to the states and stay for a while, means that it will be at least another 4months and a half months from this date till I even get to look at what my visa. But hey at least we will be together at home.

Thanks to everyone that has been praying for me and thinking bout us sadly i think this is going to end up with us beating our heads against a wall for a while.

I think that you need time together again, it helps to remind you of what you are on this long difficult journey for. You can have a wonderful time, recharge your batteries and then come out fighting again, because you know you cant let them win. You have come too far to let them do that and you deserve to be together and have your happy ever after.

Have a break, have some together time, you both deserve it!

The hard bit is knowing we have waited 6 and a half months to get here and knowing that we may need to wait another 4 or 5 before we even see a NOA2.....

I am looking forward to it, and only 30 days till I get on a plane, I did me ETAS to get into the country today and that was approved so hopefully its a good start lol.

Grats on your pass at the interview Teekol, when are you planning on being together in the US again??

when it comes to immigration nothing is ever guaranteed until VISA is on hand, I am a great example of that, just so we thought we were all good a white paper 221G was issued!

I havent lost faith, just trying not to think about it and instead count down till we get to be together again.

I fly out of Aus on the 31st of March and land 4 hours before I left in LAX (11am from Brissy 7am landing in LA lol) then a hellish 7 hour layover (though im going to see if I can be put on standby for an earlier flight) and land in DC just short of midnight to be picked up by Chris

Then I'm going to be there till the 22nd of June, or until our package 3 turns up at my parents place (which ever occurs sooner), though to be honest dependant on the NOA2 expiry date we get I might just wait it till June at this point.

But all in all considering that the flight was only $1075US and its a round trip we did well

I emailed our reception venue today and the lady said it would be no cost for us to push out our wedding date till next year (which we really dont want to do honestly) as long we have some sort of concrete decision back to her by the end of next week, which to be honest make me feel so much better, ive been having nightmares about missing my own wedding lol.

Fred stick with it Im praying you have a light at the end of that tunnel soon!
