Ooooh! We had a big American themed party when I was studying in the U.K. We played beer pong and blared Bruce Springsteen. Highly suggested!

Now that really does sound american themed... I mean maybe not so much the bruce springsteen but definitely the beer pong sounds like a typical american (college) party.

The neon stuff really sounds more like england... seems there is more of a 'punk' scene there than here, but... that's probably based off of movies and the english movies might tend to play it the other way...

hell they took Vegimite and dont even eat it....

I call B.S., we did not take vegimite... however, we did take mel gibson (oops maybe?) and we damn near got paul hogan (so close... crocodile dundee for those that don't automatically know who paul hogan is).

I survived the bathroom... and I survived today, which was far more brutal, carpet shampooing... seriously... I should have gotten more than 2 hours sleep lst night... I've got one last dosage of serious cleaning to do before my trip... laundry (not just the regular landry but basically washing all the things that only get washed occassionally. I think I can survive that one but I really should have knocked that off the list friday (cause everyone has to party friday... no one uses the washers/driers... sunday... there is competition).

Yup America now own vegimite, sad....

Im glad you survived your cleaning, though im telling you know your setting an unreal expectation of how clean you are in the RW for the arrival of your Fiance. Your dooming yourself my friend :P

*edit* Woot Queen of 338!!!! Give me, Dani, Marm and Habibi our NOA2's now dammit!!! Hell, give all left over May, June, July and August filers their NOA2s!!!!!

WOW!!! Congrats on all the approvals! I am happy coz mom is not feeling any more pain now. She'll be on medication and will be under observation. If the pain comes back- that's the only time they'll do surgery. She's fighting and I am her biggest fan. Thank God!

Give us those NOA2s now! My sisters need 'em!

Speaking of, I hope you're all looking forward to the American-ness that is the superbowl tomorrow. As a Pittsburgh girl, I'm pretty stoked. :ot:, but we have to keep ourselves busy somehow, right?

Thank you Jaqi and good luck on the interview, all should be fine :)

Thank you so much , we have put it to God and we believe He will just confirm the victory message, In Jesus name we see the victory and we are positive that ill come back with good news. He is a faithful GOD.

To Dani & Chris - The coming week is yours ! A week of victory. Dani i hope all your docs are ready coz after the NOa2 and NVC things move so fast . as for me i would have been thorough now ( rescheduled the interview earlier ) but I have to juggle work and off days to do a few things. I had to apply for the Police certificates afresh since the ones i had earler had expired and also change my passport since i realized it was expiring soon .

Jaqi, i have contacted the us embassy in bulgaria and i asked them if i should get ready with some kinds of documents but they told me i should wait,,,so i do, i know the interview wont take much

time here to be scheduled so at least this gives me some comfort.

Thank you, i rely on God's plan for my life.

HD, I'm glad your mum is feeling better. :)

Terri, my family are originally from Pennsylvania too. My great grandmother moved to England and had her kids, and they remained here. Before I even met Bill, I was always proud of my heritage (as I'm descended from Native Americans) and so I do get a little kick out of moving there. Kinda like I'm moving part of the family home; though I'll always be a Brit first and foremost!

To all my awesome VJ friends:

I will be off the forum for a while BUT will still be checking now and then. Like Maliciant (Who will be visiting his love and preparing for his final steps of this process) I too will be preparing. My case is a bit more complicated than most K1 fiancee cases which is why I have an attorney. I have all my papers and packets ready now and preparing myself for this short yet stressful step and obstacle.

Everyone who already have their NOA2's, goodluck on the next step!

Everyone who are still waiting, GODSPEED to you all! be strong, our NOA2 is on the way!

Wish me luck and good success for the next step.........

Godspeed everyone and take care..........

PM me for any AP or AR relating to the NBI
