LUISH in your timeline its Vermont you filed in and in your profile California?? which one is right :) you should correct to see an estimate of your approval :)

Chuck & Grace,,,i dont think i'll be approved soon, with this processing time of CSC...but thank you for the wish anyway :)

Its Vermont time now, as it was for California a month ago,,,as Maliciant said...too bad for me they missed me then and Marm too :D

Actually, considering your CSC, I cant believe your not yet approved. CSC has processed most of Sept, Oct and already doing November. They seem to have a few stragglers here and there, but they had been moving quickly.

I am pulling for you! CSC people need some happiness too - we cant leave it all fort the VSC people (even though they are really in need considering the last month or so!).

Yeah i dont know what happened with me, there were many august approvals last month and i was really praying for mine, but no, i dont know what to think if there's something wrong, if we missed something if its something else, God only knows....well i'm approaching 180 so soon we'll be actually able to do something :)

now we wait for the other vermont buddies to post their approvals too :) come on guys...

AWWWWWWWWWWWW QUEEN OF PAGE 314, MAY I MAY I MAY I ASK FOR AUGUST APPROVALS FROM CSC PRETYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEE :) AND OF COURSE SOME OF OUR FRIENDS FROM VERMONT FOR A GREAT END OF THE DAY...MY DAY :)

HappyDancer: Sorry, I am on my last full week of work here and well, I'm actually working for a change haha... got a few key things that if I get finished with before I go on vacation gets me a fairly nice set of bonuses... and you know how I like to whine about money... I'm out to get them bonuses!!!

Anyway, helloworld covered the answer and even a little extra (I forgot the specifics like the 1 and 5 to get to the operator). You should just have your fiancee call, since it's toll free, but either can call. I'd give them at least a week before calling, but shouldn't be more than two... once they give you a case number and the date they shipped the package to manila you can look up nvc tracking here to find out how to see when the package gets there.

Philippines specific info!!!! After they receive the package with your petition, give them about 3 days and they should have it encoded into their system and you can call the embassy (or your fiance) and schedule an interview, right now they seem to be scheduling interviews about two weeks out from when you call, while on the phone they'll send an email you need to print for your medical... http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwfk1en.pdf is a checklist of things you NEED or may need depending on if you've been married or anything else. I think you already have a passport but if not get on it, it can take up to a month (possibly more) to get from my experience, also the cenomar, different people have reported different time frames for getting it, my fiancee had to wait 3 weeks for it to be released, so get on it now if you haven't gotten it already. It seems like in the phils people go through certified original birth certificates left and right (or at least as part of the immigration process they do), make sure you have 3 or so... seems like you use two between the medical and embassy... and they keep those copies... and you'll definitely need one in the US as well, for getting state ID's or SSN etc. And of course, as always, read the regional forums, I keep up on the phils issues but I tend to ignore anything that involves divorces, children, not meeting the affidavit of support income levels etc (as none of those affect me but they are pretty important for those that have those to keep in mind). Anyway, consider yourself lucky, you may have gotten your NOA2 a lot later than many people but you are likely to actually have your visa in hand before most of the rest of the august filers from what I've seen so far... the philippines embassy seems to be moving really quick right now... you are approximately one month from a visa if nothing goes wrong and you have everything you need to schedule the interview as early as possible!

There's only a few august people who have interviews scheduled so far that I'm aware of, or at least are at the point they can schedule them, I'm sure there are more but I don't recall seeing many post that here in the august thread... wonder if the VJ version of igor's list allows us to see that somehow...
