I wanted to thank whoever it was who was talking about the NVC stuff, I was able to decipher when they got my case by understanding the Julian date on my new case #. :thumbs:

K-1 Visa

9-22-2008 - mailed I-129F

9-29-2008 - Received NOA1 in mail

1-09-2009 - Received NOA2 e-mail notification

2-09-2009 - Packet 3 Received

2-28-2009 - Packet 4 Received

3-02-2009 - Medical

3-23-2009 - Interview, 221g

3-31-2009 - Returned 221g additional evidence request

4-08-2009 - Received visa!!!

4-19-2009 - POE

5-09-2009 - Wedding

7-03-2009 - mailed AOS

7-10-2009 - Check Cashed, - NOA1 (I-485, I-765, I-131)

7-22-2009 - transferred to CSC (rcvd notice in mail 7/27)

8-25-2009 - I-765 & I-131 approved

12-03-2009 - GC approval email

12-10-2009 - GC rcvd in mail!

10-12-2007 Couldn`t stop talking by phone....started falling in love with each other

04-10-2008 Met in person for the first time (unforgetable feeling!!)

06-26-2008 Got engaged (it was a magic day)

08-11-2008 I-129F Sent

08-15-2008 NOA1 recieved

01-30-2009 NOA2 Approval Notice Sent!!!!!!

02-02-2009 Case at NVC

02-09-2009 Case at Caracas US Embassy

03-31-2009 K1 Visa Approved!!!!!!

Did anyone get a beeping word from vermont today ? :angry:

My fiance did call two times today, they didnt say anything new only that our case was pending, and that we are still in the stimated prossesing time....

Jazz congratulations on your VISA!!!! have a safe trip!!:) I am so happy for you!

Gemmie, good luck on your vaccination... It will be all fine!

Dani, Mara, Habibi, HappyDancer, gumbo ...... if is not this week ... It will be next! lets just dont lose faith!

I pray that next week will be our week. Have my fingers and toes crossed.

2006-2008- Talked on the phone and emails

2008 June 1- Went to Tashkent to meet her. Stayed in Tashkent from June 1 to July 27 2008.

2008 June 12- Engaged at the most beautiful park in Tashkent

2008 August 15 - Received NOA1 from Vermont Center

2008 August 16 - Went back to Tashkent to stay with my fiancee. I stayed with her from August 18th to November 23. The best 4 months of my life.

2008 November -25 Came back to States. I miss my sweetheart.

2009 February 4- Touched

2009 Februrary 5- NOA2 HORAAAAYYyy Thank you GOD

2009 February 12- NVC received NOA2 from VCS

2009 Ferruary 13- NVC sent the package to U.S. Embassy in Tashkent

2009 March 3- She received her Packet 3////// Her interview is on April 2

2009 March 4- I received visa to Tashkent

My attorney and I just have a few forms to fill out for the interview. I also have the proof of 2nd visit to do tomorrow. After that schedule medical and interview in the next week or so.

Congratz jazz acid, you are the first to finish of the august filers that I am aware of, here is your prize... :star:

I wouldn't say that you are finished after passing the interview (or receiving the actual visa)... that's a huge deal of course and can finally be reunited... I'd say filing AOS after marriage... once that is complete... I'd call that the finish line more, but at least that step is done with your spouse (yeah, won't be saying fiance(e) anymore except when you slip up!)...

Welcome back fred, I've attempted to incite riots against you... I might not have tried hrd enough though hehe, no one seems angry at you so my plan failed.

thank u malicant and thanks for all who posted their congratulations... yeah this isn't the final journey but im so happy cos ill be seeing my hunge again,,,, I'm planning to move as soon as i get my visa, cos im 7 months pregnant now. Are u from missouri? My hunge's from maryville mo.... yay~

What forms do you need to fill out with your lawyer for the interview?? thnks

Affidavit of support (Form I-134), an updated letter of intent (to marry), gather up some supporting docs like tax transcripts for the previous 3 tax years (this is to support the I-134 as proof of income), a letter from your employer stating your income, job time, when you were hired and hopefully something positive like they currently plan to keep you around... but basically, the only form is that I-134... for the USC... his fiancee has to deal with DS-156, DS-156K, DS-157 (I think these are standard regardless of embassy) and there is a form for the children too, but that I don't know off the top of my head...

(Answered in priv but since it's asked in two places...) I'm in springfield MO

Question for all of you:

Do you guys know exactly what days the CSC/VSC processing centers are closed next week?

My understanding is that CSC/VSC are only closed on Monday, Jan. 19.

Am I right?
