I think I have it figured out, you just aren't wanting the NOA2 hard enough... you should try wanting it HARDER!!!!

OK... maybe I just don't have anything useful to add. My fiancee is pretty much set to go on the interview now (still waiting for some docs but they have all been requested and have dates on when to expect them etc). As a small added bonus... I've finally managed to start losing weight... the down side is I managed to put enough extra on in the last 4 months that my work pants are a little too tight... hoping to lose about 7-15 more lbs before my next flight (7 should be easy and puts me about at my last trips weight... but you know... it'd be nicer to drop 15... but that's probably not realistically possible... but still worth aiming for).

ETA: And oh yeah... I'm seriously wanting to kick my sig countdown... it's not moving nearly fast enough for me :(

In honor of everyone waiting for their NOA2’s I will be doing a bunch of household chores. Last time I did this a flood of approvals happened. This is how I will support my fellow VJ community. My sweetheart has all these superstitions when his footie team is winning so I will do the same things I was doing when the last bit of approvals came through. In all seriousness I am praying for everyone waiting for their approvals because I know the agony each of you is going through. It should be any day now for you all and just know I am supporting each of you in this pursuit of love. I hope to hear good news from each of you soon. :star:

Hi All,

So I tried to log into the USCIS site today to check our status and got :

Validation Error(s)

You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

It was reported to us that your computer or internet gateway has been locked out for a select period of time. This is due to an unusually high rate of use. If you feel this has occurred incorrectly, please contact the USCIS webmaster or the Customer Service Center for assistance.

Um, okay??? I check once a day, if that, so I don't really understand what that is about.

Also -- I heard back from my congressman's office. She said that quote :

"the update is that they are currently processing applications from March '08, so I would say you have awhile to go. I'd check back in a couple months".

Hahaha, I literally laughed out loud when I listened to the voicemail. Wow, thanks! Like I couldn't have got that info myself off the website. So - I really don't think they have much "pull" to get your case sped up.

Soo, I guess I'm back to waiting like everyone else :-(
