What is going on with VSC????They are working very slow, my case will be completing 5 months this months and i haven't hear nothing from them yet, no touch at all.I don't know what to do.Our lawyer said we just have to wait until 6 months until we try to do something about it.We are so upsad about this K1 process, they really don't care about people's feeling, Come on VSC officer lets work, holiday's season is OVER.there are people's life that depends of you guys.I tried to call them this morning and all they say is that we have to wait. There is anyone else in the same situation??

10799.gif

I am in the same situation as you are my friend. I also passed the 5 months and still without any touches or NOA2. I too tried calling without any success, it seems to me that they just read off the same thing that is written on USCIS website. I am like you frustrated and tired of this game. Like you i agree that they do not see the lives they are playing with. They do not see us like people with families who are counting everyday when we would see our love ones. We are just applications to them. There working ethics are pathetic, they are slow, they do not communicate with us when we have concerns and many other reasons. I hope that something new happens with the immigration system, because at this state its unacceptable the way they operate.

2005- Introduced thru relatives

I don't think they could even tie your real name to your account name, legally.. even if you used your real names on your timeline

This waiting is wearing me down, nothing from no where, i'm tired of just waiting and not be able to do anything for this visa thing, i was hoping by the end of the last year, i had such big hopes and then big disappointments, i'm tired of waking up everyday with hopes and go to bed at the end with nothing, it is not fair for these people to do this to us, its just not, we are engaged, married, we also have relationships, we need our partners and we cant be with them, i dont want to wait anymore, i have no tears left to cry or something to hope for, i have no appetite to eat or any motivation to go on, i thought i'm strong, i dont like to complain after all i choose this way, i'm trying to stay positive but some days are really dark... :(:(

Dani, I understand how you feel, it happens to must of us! It is so hard and unfair that you have to ask for the approval of a stranger to be with your soul mate? But there is nothing we can do about it, and it doesnt make it easier to complain about it ...We must keep positives, dont doubt, dont lose faith! If you get sad or something, get online and check our August Filers forum, and be sure that at least one person has gotten ther approval today! and it means that sooner it will be our approval!

So try to kee positives, think about the things you will do after you get together! listen to your favorite song! watch MAMA MIA! It`ll make you feel better!

We are here to support each other! And believe in the fact that we are all getting our approvals!

Kisses!

Mia

We feel lik that too but we hang in there because....we finally found something worth fighting for...each other!

 you are right!

I don't think individual USCIS employees read here normally, much like our petitions are just names on paper, they are faceless people that we never see or deal with directy, we don't even know how many people work at the service centers, even if we did it'd just be a number. There *may* be a few people assigned to a fraud division that likely spend most of their day browsing the internet looking for people trying to abuse the system or promoting it etc, and those few people likely do come across this site on a regular basis and may even read threads here... but generally I think the answer is no, USCIS employees don't spend time reading these forums except as part of their job (or maybe if they end up filing a petition themselves ironically, which has happened in the past).

Who I DO think is likely to browse these forums are embassy employees, specifically the ones who do the interviews. They are often described by their physical appearance and enough information that they could know they were being talked about... I don't think names are used (maybe that's kept secret during the interviews etc for their security but of all the individual details mentioned in the interview experiences... names of the people are NEVER included that I have seen... it could be that this site moderates the names out or something like that, as I find it very unlikely everyone would think twice before posting a CO's name in a review, especially if it was with some overweight crazy blonde lady in manila which was the case once...). Anyway, I think the CO's at the embassy might read these forums, people have an attraction to fame, think of any movies you've seen, it's always a little special when it's filmed in your home town or a scene happens in a place you've actually been... well... finding information about you on the internet is kind of similar... it has a certain appeal from the fame stand point, if it's negative of course that's different than if it's something positive... but that's still there.

ETA: HD, did fred (and maybe his woman too) pay you a visit while they are in town? I was just curious cause you said something about him that seemed like you personally knew what he was doing that day (could have been he pm'd you or something but just curious).
