you should regardless if you have no income..

Even if you have no income you are the primary sponsor, and the co sponsor is... just a co sponsor...

ETA: Congrats yader&sarah... and anyone else who I haven't congratulated... hard to keep up with the NOA2's which is a nice problem to have. My fiancee's visa isn't actually being released today I guess, they'll tell her when... this might add a delay here, I'll find out later on tonight or tomorrow morning when that is and know if that'll matter... seems everything is making sure I wait to schedule the interview... it's all minor at this point compared to the 6-9 month guestimate for getting a visa back at the start of things, now we're talking days delays vs weeks and months... but I still just want to have a date set in stone finally after all this time.

CONGRATS!!! :dancing: :dancing: :dancing:

And the same to everyone else who has been approved, like maliciant said, it is a nice problem to have...not being able to keep track of all of the approvals...

For those of us who are still waiting, hang in there!

BTW, I just realized that I am the only August 08 filer that I know of who received an RFE...quite embarrasing actually, especially since I hired an attorney...*sigh*

Oh well...let's see when they hand over my NOA2 now that they received my response to the RFE...and dear God, I really don't want another RFE!!!

Marm

I have recieved a RFE from USCIS

And then a second one because they had to bring the US Depertment of defence into it....

Hell, we still dont have an NOA1....

I made Chris rumage through his pile of mail today to see if we got NOA2 whilst he was here. No such luck :(

We did get a Letter in the mail from DISCO though dated the 12/29/2008 stating that all documents had been finalised and returned to USCIS.

Maybe we will get a approved next week.... maybe we were approved this week... not that we will know anything till our NOA2 turns up in the mail....

Chris is going to make another appointment next week to go and visit them.

:( Really feeling down and out on the whole process today. I was hoping that March I would be on a plane heading home, everyone keeps asking me "how long till you back stateside" and the answer "when I get my visa, really hoping on march" is wearing thin and grinding on my patenice simply because the correct one is "I dunno, when ever the US goverment decides to recognise that we are people, not numbers on paper".

I dont think Ill be home till the Summer at this rate...
