thanks..well its just funny cause i wrote the message i give up im not even looking and as soon as i hit soon i mean at the same moment i got the email. lol everyone just give up and then it'll be there :)

I am happy that Vermont is somewhat working. By the way Candy what were you on Igor's list before you got your NOA2. Thanks

2005- Introduced thru relatives

2006-2008- Talked on the phone and emails

2008 June 1- Went to Tashkent to meet her. Stayed in Tashkent from June 1 to July 27 2008.

2008 June 12- Engaged at the most beautiful park in Tashkent

2008 August 15 - Received NOA1 from Vermont Center

2008 August 16 - Went back to Tashkent to stay with my fiancee. I stayed with her from August 18th to November 23. The best 4 months of my life.

2008 November -25 Came back to States. I miss my sweetheart.

2009 February 4- Touched

2009 Februrary 5- NOA2 HORAAAAYYyy Thank you GOD

2009 February 12- NVC received NOA2 from VCS

2009 Ferruary 13- NVC sent the package to U.S. Embassy in Tashkent

2009 March 3- She received her Packet 3////// Her interview is on April 2

2009 March 4- I received visa to Tashkent

It seems to me that 5-6 Vermont Members that post here have almost identical days for receiving NOA1 and predictions for NOA2. I hope we all receive our NOA2's soon.

June 28..........Received @ VSC

Aug 09.......... Packet sent back b'cos of poor written check

Aug 11...........Resent packet to VSC

Aug 12...........Package deliverd and signed for by P. Novak

Aug 14...........NOA1

Aug 18...........Check cashed...(Pheeeeew)

Aug 19...........Touched!

Aug 20...........NOA1 Hard copy

Dec 01...........Touched (due to my change of address)

JAN 06 2009...NOA2 ( case approved ) wooohhhhhhoooooo!!!!!!!

JAN 07 2009...Touched!

JAN 08 2009...NVC Recieved Case( we got our case number)

JAN 10 2009...NOA2 Hardcopy Recieved

JAN 12 2009...NVC Forwarded case to NIgeria(confirmed over the phone)

JAN 28 2009...Started Police Report

JAN 29 2009...Started Medical Exams

MAR 01 2009...I will be flying to Nigeria to be with my Angel at interview

MAR 04 2009...Interview.(WE ARE NOT WORRIED BECAUSE GOD IS IN CONTROL.....YAY)

MAR 28 2009...Returning to the USA with wife-to-be.

MAR 29 2009...POE (IAH) Intercontinental Airport Houston (2nd day arrival )

APR 10 2009....Our Glorious Wedding (Good Friday, How cool uh?)

I know how you feel... we were hoping to hear something before I went back to England, but nothing.. and no touches/updates. Still waiting. :( Hoping madly that we'll get the NOA2 this week. I've never wanted anything more.

I know how you feel... we were hoping to hear something before I went back to England, but nothing.. and no touches/updates. Still waiting. :( Hoping madly that we'll get the NOA2 this week. I've never wanted anything more.

At least i know there is somebody alse in the same position. Keep me posted if you hear anything and i will do the same. Good luck.

I've just got up and checked the USCIS site. OMG, I can't believe... we were approved! Our NOA1 was Aug 14. Thanks for everyone for your emotional support.

:star: Congrats!!! Finally the guy with the box of NOA1 Aug. 14 is back at work. All these NOA2s has lifted my spirit so much. I just know the rest of us are soon to be approved, we have to be. I am very happy the wait is over for so many and hope soon the same for the rest of us.
