Only one item has been sent to Croatia in the past 15-ish days, or so (my fiance managed to get the search to work; I still can't).

If the woman I talked to on the phone the other day had no idea what she was saying, it's ours. If it's not ours, it's kind of cute to see that so few Croatians are trying to get into the US this way.

I'll maybe call NVC later today. Curious, what can I say.

I have no confusion about how to pay for the PIN, that part I understand, what I don't get is what will actually count as using the call?

You say you have two calls left, was the first one where you called and got the answering service stating that they were on holiday? I don't particularly like the idea of paying $6 to find out they are out to lunch or their operators are too busy to answer my call or something... I'm not sure I even want to pay $6 to talk to a human, unless they actually can set the appointment date (but I accept that if I talk to any person person period, I've knocked off one of the 3 calls purchased with the $18).

Definitely not our case, the one that was sent to Croatia 15-ish days ago.

Just talked to some NVC guy and he said we were in AP. Maybe if I call some other time, they'll say they've never seen it at all. Who knows.

Yay.

Same NOA1 date! and still waiting also :(

We're over 140 days since NOA1 too...and starting to lose my mind...

I'm running out of things/activities to distract myself. I've already changed cities, got a new job, checked USCIS, explored a new city, applied for grad school, checked USCIS, made some new friends, got second job, checked USCIS, went to visit old friends, ran a 5k, went to the zoo, checked USCIS, took up crotcheting, got a cat, went hiking, checked USCIS, read 15 million books, bought a wedding dress, found a wedding venue, checked USCIS, booked a ceremony venue, decorated my apartment, went Christmas shopping, spent time with family, sent mail to Nicaragua, checked USCIS, and took a walk.

I'm ready for an NOA2. if I get any more distracted, I'll forget who my fiance is!

I am soooo depressed! I haven't even gotten a touch yet, and some Sep and Oct filers have already gotten approved :( I wrote my congressman and the USCIS told him that they are currently working on March cases. Why can't they even give a US congressman a true answer?!?! This sucks!

It was for Part C, IMBRA questions.

Now hopefully it won't be much longer for our NOA2!

Hang in there everyone still waiting on approvals, next week should be full of them for both centers...holidays are over!

MARM what was it related to?

Did you go thro' IMBRA? Thanks.

I did not go through a marriage broker to meet my fiance. But the questions that pertained to Part C #2 are IMBRA questions that I had to write "NONE" for, even though there was not an option that was "none of the above". I filed with the I-129F form updated 11/24/06 instead of the more recent one updated 07/30/07, so that option was not available on the old form. So there were two questions I had to answer and that's it! I sent back my response in 10 minutes at the post office!

I was scared and anxious to find out what it could have been before...phew! Now, just waiting for the NOA2 :star::whistle:
