Your lawyer is wrong!!! NVC it must go to (national visa center). The benefits center doesn't have anything to do with K1 but does exist. But your lawyer doesn't have anything to do with sending it to NVC. So don't worry. Hopefully, CSC or VSC will figure that out...

All liars (I mean lawyers) wing it just like we do...money grubbing kitty litter-eaters! Shoulda done it on our own but we used a liar, too. They blew 3 weeks of our time being male appendages.

I am not a happyus campii (happy camper). do I sleep and hope to wake up with a NOA2? hibernate 'till awakened or do I anguish....the humanity! the humanity! the horror!

Merry Christmas VSC...save some Quaalude and Valium for me! since you're asleep, i might as well be sleeping through this, too!

Iza no happy right now! I want what I want and I want it yesterday! ...bunch of smellycatbutts! I know, they'll be angels when I get my NOA2...they'll be da bomb, da man, the saviors of our lives!

I'm waiting for GOLD to come in the mail right now (gotta pay my sin sod), then I gotta mail her an ATM (I learned Charles Schwab has no atm fees worldwide and Ikobo had closed to send money to be a good Asian husband and support my (new) wife and family like a good boy.

When will she buy ME some gold and give ME cash? I wonder how many cultures other than Asia do the dowry/bride-price sort of thing. Doesn't bother me a bit because no matter what I send, I'm filthy rich compared to what they'll ever have. I want to go there NOW!!!! I want everything MY WAY!

12/23/2008 <--- touched again today... I'm not sure the time it was touched but it's only about 9:30 CSC time so I'm assuming my file was one of the last things that adjudicator looked at before leaving and is among the first this morning. I definitely expect to see some action later today. Even though it's kind of in my mind, I somehow have been fairly busy and haven't been watching things like a hawk...

HYENA: I definitely know how you feel, it'd be nice to just sleep through the long wait of the NOA2. Also I noticed a lot of the doom and gloom and oh hey, NOA2, that's how come I made it a point to start whining early on in the process about how much it sucks waiting, I'm sure it's somehow moved me ahead of the early august filers who failed to whine about the situation. Actually it seems a lot of the time it's just a day after a post like that. I do know of a forum that actually did have people directly involved in getting things pushed through with a third party... and whining in the forum about no results actually was a sure fire way to get past red tape (this was for website listings in Yahoo years ago before they started their fee structure).

I think my touches are driving HYENA crazy more than myself, I think the next time I'm king I'm going to demand valium for HYENA... or maybe go bigger than that... universal valium care for all VSC filers (and select early CSC filers)!

In other news my fiancee is off from work until jan 5 which means... I won't get to talk to her nearly as much as usual since she won't be online at work... but when she is online webcam w00t! (well usually, depends on the cafe) and of course there is skype for calls (which I'm hoping to make one later tonight when I find out if it's a NOA2 or an RFE to give her the good news... cause either is good news, one's better but an RFE is just like a NOA2 about a week or two later).

still nothing yet for me, I think I will be one of the unlucky ones, 6+ month club, here I come! :crying:

It's still pretty early and august filers have only been getting approved for something like 10 days now, that's about 1/3 of the total time of approvals and we've got close to half of august approved already at CSC... still have to wait and see what happens. The down side is you are certainly at least a little unlucky due to the embassy you'll be dealing with after the NOA2. The greatest confort to me is that probably about 6 weeks after the NOA2 I'll be back with my fiancee (guessing maybe 2 weeks tops for NOA2 to getting the case number needed for scheduling interviews... and about a month wait for the actual interview).

I do feel almost bad posting here now because the touches, I feel like I'm no longer in the right place cause I'm not being tortured as much now, it seems so much easier right now because I know it'll be soon, and it does almost seem like bragging... on the other hand if it goes days without seeing an actual RFE or NOA2 I'll definitely be back in the dumps again.

Anyway, the six month club is a long ways off still at this point, I wouldn't get too comfortable with the idea of being accepted for membership just yet (also... I recommend NOT reading the 6 months thread... it's damned depressing... much like many of them stopped reading the OMG NOA2!!!!!!!!! threads).

I got a notice that there is a delay... but it's a delay notice from dell stating a computer we ordered will not be shipped according to the original estimate... bah, I don't care when that thing arrives (it's work related not a personal computer). Now that I know every time I post here, it's like pulling the wings off a fly (the chuck and grace fly!) I'm going to post more often!

Actually since my post earlier I'm finding myself logging into USCIS pretty regular now... I think 5 times at least already.

Hey fred... why did you have to predict that time... at PST no less, seriously, I'm two hours ahead of PST, that's 7:38 my time! Why you gotta mess with me like this man!... Grrr.. not even done posting and I'm already considering logging into USCIS again... oh well, almost the end of the work day for me so it'll be easier to get my mind off it...

Absolutely nothing from VCS :crying: This is pathetic .

I have seen NO activity from VSC at all... It's so discouraging. I thought they were only off for 2 days over Christmas?? I can appreciate that USCIS workers need to spend time with their families over christmas but no touches/approvals before then, too, just seems so ridiculous. California are still churning out touches and approvals D: I'm happy for CSC filers but still so jealous

Also, we have almost the same NOA1 date :star:

EDIT:

2008-12-22

California: 12 / 6.00

Vermont: 1 / 0.50

Oh, seems like we have ONE.. I wonder who that was
