To all of you who wait longer than most people here! Don't get discouraged. Even if you are late, it does NOT necessarily mean that anything is wrong with your case.

We have filed late June at VSC and are still waiting. From infopass appointments we know for a fact that there is nothing wrong with our case (yet), no security checking delays or the like. We were just unlucky to get assigned to an officer on Nov 13 when most other June filers were already approved. From the assignment to an officer to the actual approval USCIS told us it would take appr. 4-6 weeks plus considering holidays and such. It seems to me that a lot of early July filers are in the same boat as the late June filers. Have faith. If you need some venting join our six month club. :-)

We never hate august filers who get approved... just september filers... and only out of jealousy... and well... cause in theory the service centers go in order received but obviously that wasn't the case last week.

Alright, No one called a date or time for Chuck and Grace, so I will call it myself. 12/22/08 at 9:15 PM.

OK, so I had the advantage of ACTUALLY RECEIVING MY NOA2! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Sorry, Maliciant, dont hate the Sept people, we are still pulling for you!

when do i get my prediction???

this is killing me!

they say January 3-13 I should get noa2 (per vj) I'll jump the gun and do a congressional on the 14th dern it!

I can't stand it no mo!

the good thing is i've been planning on 7 months so that brings me to end of Jan because I have till the 31st of march to bring her here or my friend whose coming with me to Thailand has to go home (he's wife hunting now after meeting her on webcam and phone).

Little does he know what he's in for (cultural misunderstandings, language barriers early on--and he doesn't speak english (his native and only tongue)...oh well, if their little hearts connect, it's all good!

I was just thinking that today

I was just trying to give those people comfort that are already worried after 4 months with no approval that something is wrong. Our case has not even been adjudicated until now, meaning it was just alying around.

I don't wish that anybody of you has to wait that long but some surely will have to. However, if you ever read the posts in that thread you will also notice that the filers not in AP get cleared out 1-2 months after all others from the same date group. Those in AP unfortunately have to wait longer for clearance.

Anyways...have fun waiting!

On December 23, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have denied this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E).

REASONS:

* We can't take the risk that a red head and an asian could breed, thereby potentially creating a red headed asian, aka a super asian.

* Also, you are fat and ugly and we don't like you

So long sucka, your pals at CSC

P.S. You smell like donkey

Hmmm..... that letter seems more personal than most...

Whats that???? is it some kind of joke maliciant?

Um, bolded/italiced... in case someone only read the previous bold portion of the letter... of course it's a joke... It should be pretty clear (I assumed anyone who read the words denial would look the rest over for the reasons which I'm pretty sure would NEVER be official reasons stated on things). For my next funny joke... I'm going to cry wolf...
