Granted Queen  ...................AMEN

Lemme know of any contacts you have. It was my understanding to change flights for 250, one needs a medical or some other emergency certificate...not sure if not having a visa, buying a ticket before having one is good enough or not. I gotta figure out how to get seats together (2 going, 3 returning) same flight. I'd hate to leave her on her lonesome coming home.

To the queen, I am the impatient jester looking for my darn noa2 RIGHT NOW!

VSC has been very, very naughty this week and needs an arsewhoopin!

To get the same seats in that situation he said you'd have to buy a one way ticket to get to the destination, and then more one way tickets for the return trip to get seated together (vs just on the same flight). Now of course the idea is to save money and usually when you buy two one way tickets the cost is more... so I don't know, I may not have explained to him how important the actual price is (sure he came out with how he could get tickets cheap... CHEAP! but heck, for all I know he might have meant first class tickets only lol or... cheaper than if I booked them myself by like $5... but with the crazy booking POW! it's more!).

I see CSC has an approval now, and it's for an august filer... all hail the mighty CSC approval... I'm not nearly as optimistic this week as I was last though, no hint of an approval here yet (not even a touch).

ETA: And sheesh, just NOA2's... this is page 200!... you should have demanded world peace, there is a good chance that we'd have gotten it too, being page 200... could have at least tried to end world hunger or something... ARGH! (OK, just kidding... the one time I demanded something that was within peoples control... not that I was serious... my post got turned invisible... life is cruel!)

Yep, that's two for CSC plus... last week just hit 40 approvals, which is nice.

We never hate august filers who get approved... just september filers... and only out of jealousy... and well... cause in theory the service centers go in order received but obviously that wasn't the case last week.

I know last week is old news... but I am kind of wondering if it's possible that the guideline for 'easy' cases to approve was basically anything that didn't require an RFE based on a glance... as they obviously did petitions with kids involved and from what I've seen most people are working on marriage 2 or 3 before they end up here... I do know I'm a strong canidate for a stupid RFE (philippines style passport photo instead of the US for my fiancee) and they could tell that at a glance of the application... so I wonder if many of the other people who got passed over think they have a high chance of an RFE. Of course we'll only get an indication of that if at some point we see a week of pretty much piles of RFE's for august filers... but just a theory that popped into my head.
