(L) to all the recent recipients of the NOA2; there are just too many to keep up with these days!

I realized last night that I'm focusing too much on what I don't have (NOA2) and not enough on what I DO have (family, friends, good times smiles AND A TICKET TO GO SEE HIM IN TEN DAYS for #######'s sake!!) so today I'm turning over a new leaf and occupying myself with happier things than stalking USCIS...well maybe once more lol. :bonk:;):P:help:

stinkerpotsam-- I've never posted on the august filer thread, but I do pop in from time to time to see how things are. But let me just say, thank you, thank you, thank you! for posting that. I was just about to burst into jealous, anxious, end of my nerve-rope tears, when I made it down to your post. Thanks for reminding me that life will go on, and it helps to think of the bigger picture and how beautiful it is ... as opposed to stalking USCIS ... :bonk:

happy holidays to all! may you know that you are loved! (whether you are with or without that person this holiday season)

edit: and please, all you that have recieved your NOA2, dont take the jealousy personally! of course I am thrilled for you, dying of jealousy, but thrilled!

Sarah, I was just thinking about you last night. Did you end up getting tickets for New Year's? I hope so, but if not, then I wish you the best of luck in getting your approval soon! :)

Great outlook Stinkerpotsam!! I needed that reality check too! ;)

Yeah, it definitly sucks that VSC is so far behind... there was a point where CSC seemed to be behind VSC, it fluctuates (and those who read enough here know there have been points where VSC was approving months ahead of CSC). Overall though it's not like VSC had a bad week... compared to usual... it's a little slow but with CSC putting out such a great week... it looks worse.

not yet... I bid too low... so I rebid a little higher. tickets are outrageous right now, but I'm ready to go at a moment's notice should they suddenly drop in price...perhaps... a christmas miracle will occur... if it's not an NOA2... please let it be a cheap plane ticket... ;)

I have a feeling the next two weeks will be mine for NAO2...

My countdown seems to be accurate...

35 approvals this week from CSC is awesome, now how about changing that to 53 next week? Let's all pray and hope so!

Congrats again for all the approvals, and for the rest of us, I think the next 3 weeks are OURS!

Atleast before New Year we should all be approved.

Touch is just another name for the last updated date, they do not send emails when they update the case unless it is an approval or RFE (even then not everyone gets an email). I check the USCIS website and look at the last updated date to find out if my file has been touched or not.
