I think they are just trying to do a massive push in terms of approvals or something... some think they are trying to do the easiest ones first (not sure if you can tell in advance which petitions will be easy though)... but they won't miss us just because they nabbed a few sept filers, but I'd really like to see that NOA2 before christmas... or better yet... TODAY! It'll be a long weekend I think for those of us not approved and well... despite the number of posts in this thread about receiving NOA2's... that's only about 1/5th of the california filers approved so far and less for VSC... so they are long from done here.

Man that really really sucks... do they reschedule or what? People pay a premium to fly this time of year, there has to be something they do to provide concession for this kind of thing... I definitely don't want this to happen to me, my flight will be setup so that I should get there a day or two before the interview... a cancelled flight would basically wreck that (a day before the interview so that I can spend as much time there as possible giving the visa a solid chance to be delivered). Sorry HD... a cancelled flight is a serious party pooper offense :(

He is flying out of Louisville Airport in KY via Detroit and then Nagoya then Manila. It's weather reasons. I feel like the whole world dropped on me. I am supposed to meet him in Manila and now it looks like on top of the resched out of the US that we have to worry about, I have to rebook our flight back to Cebu from Manila on a Tuesday which I seriously doubt we'd be able to do!

I guess weather problem is Detroit. I live not too far from airport and there is a big snow storm now. It is still snowing now. They should have it cleared later today, but I dont know. If flight to Nagoya is cancelled today, it may be difficult for him because that flight is normally pretty busy, so getting on another flight could also be a problem. But fortunately, there is flights to Tokyo & Tokyo to Manilla as an option also. So maybe he can get on one of those flights. I guess since he is going to SDF to DTW to NGO to MNL he is on Northwest.

Sorry about the bad luck. I am sure he is upset also. Hopefully, since flight to Nagoya is around 3:50 hapon, maybe it will go on schedule (if weather clears). But problem for him is SDF to DTW maybe. But if flight goes as schedule to NGO, maybe no problem for him to take flight tomorrow - but still problem for Cebu diba? Pasensha na!

Ok ok... I AM STILL ALIVE!!!

GreatWhiteNorth- From where is your Pinay? I am flying to Manila on Saturday to meet my SO. He's arriving at 1155pm PH time via Northwest Airlines. It would be wonderful to meet up with you. Me and my SO would be flying back to Cebu first flight on Sunday at around 4am. It's going to be so much fun! I am just a lil retarded lately as I am trying to get my place cleaned up. Don't seem to do a good job at it lately. Pressure- my honey is coming!!!

I will arrive on Monday Dec. 22nd at 6AM!! My beautiful lady is from Manaoag. She will meet me at the airport with a bunch of her family and we will all drive back to her home in Manaoag and spend Christmas with all the family.

I can't wait to get there!!
