Shortest time for a K-1 to go from sending petition to interview on VJ, 42 days... the longest 1162 days

About 7550 of 10420 records have filled in a NOA2 date... so about 28% of the entries on the site never fill in the NOA2 (I did see that some of them had an interview date but no NOA2 and of course we know there are a few without sent dates etc).

There are about 4420ish timeline records for K-1's that have not entered an interview date, there are 10420 records, 42% of the K-1's on this site never filled out that date.

Anyway, I need my igor fix... I've been staring at the same set of numbers all week, and august approvals or not, there just hasn't been nearly enough action... need more ACTION!

I posted this in another forum, but I thought to include it here too just to give us some comfort that CSC isn't just sitting on our cases...they may be actually working and CARING about us...

So as many of you may know, I had to correct the embassy location on my I-129F and I did write a letter to CSC with my correction request, and believe it or not, they wrote back a letter to me! :star:

I received their letter today, and they actually assigned a "serial number" to my requested correction and have asked me to call CSC and inquire whether they matched up my correction to our case by referencing the "serial number". I will be calling CSC later today and doing just that.

But I still will be contacting NVC once we get our NOA2 so that I know 150% that they know which embassy to send our file to.

How's that for CSC...we really need to see our NOA2s, but at least we know they aren't just using our files to level their tables!

I still say though...what the heck, its Friday, we need NOA2s CSC, COME ON!!! :bonk:

Does anyone know what are the exact days that the USCIS VSC/CSC centers will be closed for the holidays?

Last time I checked, it was Dec. 24, and Dec. 25 for Christmas and January 1st for New Years,

Please correct me if I am wrong!

I hope its just the 3 days and not more!

DESPERATE FOR APPROVALS!

They are ONLY getting Dec 25 and Jan 01 off, they are expected to work on the 24th, there is no reason to have 24th off and we are not paying them to have any unnecessary days off.

Congratulations Badgerella! :dance::dance::dance:

Way to go CSC!

But I see that CSC is not going by date order for Aug filers, is that normal or what?

And...I got another "touch" today...probably because of my phone call to CSC.

YES! We are NOT paying them to have any other days off, only two days off should not cause any significant delay in approvals.
