July 97 We met for the first time in Sri Lanka

Sept 97 Left Sri Lanka (Kept in touch for 5 yrs via phone and air mail

Aug 05 Met in London for ONE hr during my transfer flight back to United States. (Fiance on student visa-UK)

Sept 06 Went to London for 2 wks (it went soooooo fast :o()

Aug 08, 2008 Sent out I 129 F

Aug 13 I 129F received at Vermont Service Center

Aug 14 NOA1

Aug 19 touched.......waiting for my NOA2...i want to skip the touches :-(

Jan 21 NOA2 as written on notice

Jan 23 NVC received petition

Jan 26 NVC sent out petition to London Consulate

Jan 26 2009 Received NOA2 copy via air mail (letter states approval Jan 21st) YEAAHHH!!!![/color]

Feb 5 2009 letter sent out from UK embassy of US (package 3)

WOOOHHHOOOOOO.........Just woke up and checked my home email account and had received an email from USCIS saying we were sent an approval notice on 12/11.........last night I was 131 on Igor's List........my mailing date was 8/1 and my NOA1 was 8/13........oh and my VJ dates said between 12/20 and 12/25 last night.

So.....hold on everyone.......I smell August approvals....... :dancing::dance:

11/1999 - We met in Ecuador

02/05/00 - Relationship started

09/08/06 - Engaged & Pregnant!

03/13/08 - I filed for Citizenship

07/22/08 - Became US Citizen

08/02/08 - I-129F sent

08/13/08 - Case received by VSC

08/16/08 - NOA1

08/18/08 - Touched

12/18/08 - Touched again exactly 4 mos. after 1st touch!

12/18/08 - Noa2 @ 3PM-Gracias Dios Mio!

12/24/08 - NVC sent pckg. 3 to Embassy

01/02/09 - Pckg 3 rcvd. by Embassy

01/09/09 - Pckg 3 from Embassy received by beneficiary

02/09/09 - Medical exam

02/16/09 - Sent back checklist and docs required by embassy.

03/13/09 - We will fly to see Daddy Gary

04/18/09 - My Cuchi came, (NYC)a wonderful unbelievable moment!:)

04/20/09 - We applied for marriage licence. (Township Municipal Bldg Health Dept.)

04/23/09 - Licence on hand

04/29/09 - Applied for Social Security (He was in system!)

04/30/09 - Wedding day!!! Yeeebaa

05/07/09 - SS card in mail. "valid for work only with DHS authorization"

05/13/09 - Sent AOS paperwork.

06/16/09 - Biometrics Apptmt.

06/25/09 - EAD Card in mail!

06/26/09 - Letter saying case transfered to Cali.

08/08/09 - Residence Card in Mail! Yuuupiiiiiii.

THE END FOR 2 MORE YEARS.

The sent date on that one is blank but that also looks like an august VSC filer to me.

CSC still twiddling thumbs, hopefully something CSC will show up tonight but I'm not too hopeful (and don't really expect to see an august approval either but heck, everyone one we do see is a surprise to me).

Hi guys, I'm in the US!!

The border was incredibly easy, in fact he stamped me in quicker than anyone else!! Just asked why I was visiting, how often I visited, when I was last there, what me and my boyfriend did (as I said boyfriend this time), then said "that's it" and asked if it was a long flight, stamped me in.

3.15.2014: Mailed I-130 Packet for Mom and Dad

3.21.2014: Received email notification with case # for both petitions; case forwarded to NBC for processing

3.21.2014: Check cashed

3.22.2014: Hard copy NOA1 received

4.08.2014: Both I-130 approved (notification received via email) - It only took three weeks!!!

4.11.2014: Received NOA2 approval notice in the mail.

5.01.2014: Called NVC to ask for status of paperwork. Advised they received both application on 4.28. Advised to call in 30 business days for an update.

6.02.2014: Email notification received from NVC that shows parents' NVC case number and instructions to pay AOS Fee and fill out DS 261.

6.03.2014: Paid AOS fee ($88 for both petitions)

11/12/08: Requested expedite (promised response by 11/17/08)

11/19/08: Received status info by calling USCIS - Additional info sent

12/4/08: Call from CSC & "Touch"

12/4/08 to 12/22/08: Too many calls & faxes to mention, NO RESPONSE!

12/22/08: NOA2 Approval!

12/30/08: NVC forwarded petition to Embassy in Tokyo

12/31/08: Letter from NVC stating they forwarded petition

1/4/09: Received Letter from NVC

1/7/09: Packet Issued from Tokyo Embassy

4/18/09: Tokyo still unable to grant interview, moved to Philippines.

6/22/09: Our daughter was born (more embassy paperwork)

6/30/09: Reqeusted transfer of case to Manila

8/26/09: Visited embassy in Manila AGAIN, personally requested transfer of case (no record in their system)

11/4/09: Case Transferred from Tokyo to Manila - no notice sent

12/5/09: Notification that Manila received the case.

12/30/09: Interview packet received from Manila

1/25/10: Medical check in Manila (took 4 days)

2/1/10: Interview - requested additional docs,

2/2/10: Additional docs submitted, Embassy kept passports - expect visa soon.

4/5/10: Received Visa FINALLY!

4/12/10: Entry to USA

Hey Fred, I jus gotta say man.... I will forever be greatful to your home country for giving the world the BEST pound for pound fighter in History, Manny freakin' Pacquiao... the fight last week was awesome... he made De La Hoya look like a punk lol!

DID YOU KNOW THE THE CRIME RATE FOR THE WHOLE WEEKEND IN THE PHILIPPINES WAS ZERO? No buses, taxi, cars, everyone was parked and everyone was welcomes to everyhome to watch the fight with food and drinks to watch our hero Manny. Im not bragging but Manny is the most humble boxer you will find in the game these days. But that was a great distraction for myself and my fiancee, it was a great fight.

I sent him PM, he said he didn't put it cause he can't remember exactly when he sent the package, but it was mid July!, not an August filer!.

Oh that's right congratz Filipinos for your hero!, yeah De La Hoya is a punk! I think those pictures of him with a woman's outfit were real! HAHAHAHA :rofl: I feel sorry for his wife, she's a beautiful girl who used to sing very nice songs.

I still cannot believe that VSC is actually working they are approving K3's, k1s etc etc...hope they get to my file soon.
