Guess who got their first touch??????

WE DID! :dance:

It feels pretty good...to see a new date after so many days of the same one.

I don't know why though...I didn't request an address change or anything, I just called and asked how to get the embassy changed, and the customer service rep told me to write a letter...which I just sent to CSC today.

What could the touch mean? Now I'm going to go crazy thinking about what the touch means.

Visa Journey completed, but we are still here to provide support! :)

I think pretty much any time you call you get a touch, I'd assume that if you gave them enough information to look at your file, then they did, and as I understand it, looking is all it takes.

I called a few times before (I got the hard copy of the NOA1 very late, had to ask twice for them to mail it) and never got a touch before.

Visa Journey completed, but we are still here to provide support! :)

Hard to say, it seems unlikely that it's just coincidence that it happened on a day you called... but sounds like anyone with a NOA1 date before you should probably check USCIS (FRED!!!!)....

I checked and broke the vow, that vow is now forgotten.

I know haha, now send me your plane tickets, you know you'll give in eventually, might as well do it now while you have time to buy another set at a reasonable price!

CSC has had a few more approvals today... but none of them with nearly as awesome a date as the first one that was posted... I was really hoping to see a few with similar or better dates, but there is always tomorrow.

We're getting close to hitting our 100th day from NOA2. Wooohoooo!!!!

Happy Wednesday everybody! My fiance and I had our anniversary yesterday December 2 and we tried our best to feel good about it even with 8000 miles between us. I still have lots and lots of things to be thankful for!

I-130 for Parents (Mom and Dad)

3.15.2014: Mailed I-130 Packet for Mom and Dad

3.21.2014: Received email notification with case # for both petitions; case forwarded to NBC for processing

3.21.2014: Check cashed

3.22.2014: Hard copy NOA1 received

4.08.2014: Both I-130 approved (notification received via email) - It only took three weeks!!!

4.11.2014: Received NOA2 approval notice in the mail.

5.01.2014: Called NVC to ask for status of paperwork. Advised they received both application on 4.28. Advised to call in 30 business days for an update.

6.02.2014: Email notification received from NVC that shows parents' NVC case number and instructions to pay AOS Fee and fill out DS 261.

6.03.2014: Paid AOS fee ($88 for both petitions)

4.26.2013: Mailed N400 Packet

5.21.2013: Biometrics

7.18.2013: Testing and Interview

9.25.2013: Oath Ceremony

That's the attitude HD!. Congratz for your anniversary! (F) but which one is it when you became girlfriend and boyfriend or when you got engaged?.

That's another good question people, write down your anniversaries.

We celebrate when we first went out on a date and first kissed which is February 5th. :luv:

We went to a bar after class (I was his english teacher @ University) hahaha he says that's every kids dream come true.

07/22/08 - Became US Citizen

08/02/08 - I-129F sent

08/13/08 - Case received by VSC

12/18/08 - Touched again exactly 4 mos. after 1st touch!

12/18/08 - Noa2 @ 3PM-Gracias Dios Mio!

12/24/08 - NVC sent pckg. 3 to Embassy

01/02/09 - Pckg 3 rcvd. by Embassy

01/09/09 - Pckg 3 from Embassy received by beneficiary

02/09/09 - Medical exam

02/16/09 - Sent back checklist and docs required by embassy.

03/13/09 - We will fly to see Daddy Gary

03/16/09 - 1 PM Interview (Pray God he gets visa)

03/16/09 - 5PM INTERVIEW PASSED WOOHOO. Thank God.

03/25/09 - Visa on hand! he went to DHL office after phone call received.

04/18/09 - My Cuchi came, (NYC)a wonderful unbelievable moment!:)

04/20/09 - We applied for marriage licence. (Township Municipal Bldg Health Dept.)

04/23/09 - Licence on hand

04/29/09 - Applied for Social Security (He was in system!)

04/30/09 - Wedding day!!! Yeeebaa

05/07/09 - SS card in mail. "valid for work only with DHS authorization"

05/13/09 - Sent AOS paperwork.

06/16/09 - Biometrics Apptmt.

06/25/09 - EAD Card in mail!

06/26/09 - Letter saying case transfered to Cali.

08/08/09 - Residence Card in Mail! Yuuupiiiiiii.

THE END FOR 2 MORE YEARS.

Happy belated anniversary, HD! I wanna know which anniversary it was too.. we had our engagement anniversary in September, and the one we first met in person is in 2 weeks. I hope we get to be together to celebrate!

lol, yea, I am assuming she ment gf/bf... on a more serious note, I had stopped myself from checking VJ and USCIS for about a month, and it did seem to go faster, but now, its getting REALLY hard guys, as it is getting closer and closer, it seems.... harder and harder, it feels like time has come to a stand still.

NOA1: August 29, 2008

NOA2: January 26, 2009,

NVC RECIEVED: January 28, 2009

NVC SENT: February 3, 2009

INDIAN EMBASSY RECIEVED: February 7, 2009

EMBASSY SENT PACKET 3: February 9, 2009
