I agree with Maliciant, there's still nobody whose docs. were received in August yet approved. As soon as the first one does, then we can start screaming and running like chickens without a head

Kentucky honey... I love the place in the fall and I absolutely adore the people there... But the winter will kill me... I don't like the cold.

It snowed here in missouri today, just enough to make it slick out I think... not enough to enjoy...

I still have 2 more hours of november left... but yeah, a new day, new week and new month (which is kind of neat in itself) and here it is, december is the month for august filers, time to start getting excited about those NOA2s, that's for certain... I'm hoping most of us get NOA2's in december but probably (myself included) are more likely to land in january.... we'll see when it happens though.

Pardon me for not paying closer attention but what part of MO are you in? I'm at the moment working from my Dad's office in Branson; I've been here visiting "home" since Thursady. I've enjoyed the flurries but it sure is cold with this wind chill.....

Hey people INCT told me that once we get the NOA2 we can call the department of state to find out the date of the interview is that true, what she means by dept of state? what is the phone number?

Pardon me for not paying closer attention but what part of MO are you in? I'm at the moment working from my Dad's office in Branson; I've been here visiting "home" since Thursady. I've enjoyed the flurries but it sure is cold with this wind chill.....

Springfield, about an hour north of Branson, and when the wind gusts for 30 seconds straight in your face... it's cold! Luckily, the weather usually only gets really cold for a few days/weeks here... but that's a relative thing I guess... I grew up in alaska... but I think I'm definitely used to missouri weather now... but I imagine my fiancee will look something like the brother from a christmas story (that couldn't move his arms and could barely walk because the mother dressed him in so many clothes to keep him warm).... I'll likely be standing next to her in shorts...

I always fly in to Springfield so I know where you are. I went to school in Branson and we always did our shopping at the "Battlefield Mall" ;o)

Now Branson is just a CRAZY town...can't stand driving here...the new Branson Landing is cool though.

My boss lives in Branson, he claims the locals know of secret roads to avoid the traffic and stuff... Yeah, how about that springfield airport, I've already been through the flight home with my fiancee in my mind, it'll be her first time flying, leaving her country, etc... basically... there is going to be a ton of firsts that will happen in a short time period (a few firsts for myself as well, marriage being one of them)... but she'll go from massive international airport (manila), to massive international airport (hong kong or narita), to massive internation airport (probably chicago)... all with massive security, buses/trains to get from various terminals, distinct security areas... and the final stop, springfield-branson national airport... the studio apartment version of an airport... where you can tell people to meet you at the baggage claim, because that's not a secure area... come to think of it... I'm sure that there was some kind of security steps in the airport there... and I remember going through security a few times... but uh... all I remember at SGF was checking my bag... I'm sure I'm forgetting something but either way, I'm looking forward to my next visits to the airport, I'm hoping they'll be very soon.

I've got you beat on studio airports...Rob will be flying from London Heathrow, into Chico CA where I live (he's visited before but flew into Sacramento) where there is ONE gate and no baggage carosel (sp?)...they toss the bags in this outdoor "holder" and you go dig for them lol.

I know she'll love it back here...I sure miss living here and can't wait to bring the new additions to the family to see where I grew up.
