To sum it up:

we have a NOA1 from VSC dated May 8th, awaiting NOA2

have since visited my fiance in the US on visawaiver

had some ####### happen just before departure, green i94 slip lost

been told to mail evidence (boardingpasses, cc bill, passport copies etc) to ACS – INS SBU, P.O. Box 7125

London, KY 40742-7125 to correct my record

anyone been in a similar situation and how did it end?

so, if VSC is faster than the INS guys would my record come up as me being in the US and overstaying? is that being checked? would it result in an instant denial of the i129f or only come up at the interview stage?

:o

Did they ask you to fill up another copy of I-94 on your way out?

I lost mine many years ago, the airline staff asked me to fill up a new one, and I have no problem.

Don't get me started. Asked at Delta checkin, they told me I could get a replacement at the gate. Went to the gate, they knew nothing about it. At that point had no time to keep running around trying to find a solution or I'd have missed the flight.

As long as you can prove you left... airline ticket..etc.. it wont be a problem. Yes, I have seen other posts about this and it was resolved. Perhaps you can find one if you do a search. good luck.
