A queston is bugging me, they didn't even open the medical report and x-ray report. the lady who collected the passport checked the medical reports and give it back to me.

X-ray report will be given back opened. It may or may not take into the U.S.

However, the medical report will be inside the sealed envelope. If it is not, please confirm with the consulate, because it must be UNOPENED.

Caution:- If the sealed envelope is OPENED, POE officer will not admit the applicant into the U.S.

This is kind of new thing i ever seen, thats why i was surprised. Both the reports are unopened.

So, do you have 3 unopened envelopes - 1) Medical report 2) X-ray report 3) Visa package ??? This is unusual.

Fathima had only one sealed envelope and she saw the following docs inside at POE when the officer opened it.

1) DS-230

2) SSN form

3) Medical report

4) All other copies such as marriage certificate etc.

5) All originals such as I-864, PCC etc.

X-ray report provided by the lab will be opened and you don't have to carry it to the U.S. Fathima didn't carry it.

ROZA congrats.... you said she asked for the W2’s ... what is that ... the W2's from U.S ?? did you submitted the Social Security Form to VFS before the interview ??

X-ray report need not to take to the Consulate, nor to the U.S. It is given from the lab. Based on that, the physician will make the report on the medical papers. This medical report also was open when it was handed over to Fathima by the doctor. But the consulate put this medical report in the sealed envelope. That's all. Fathima kept the X-ray report at home in India. Even otherwise, she has the excess luggage than allowed
