It has been very painful and frustrating time for me and my husband.

However, we finally see sunshine.

Our I-129F petition was approved on May 5, and I-130 petition on May 6, 2008 by the USCIS.

For some reason, our case wan't entered into the NVC computer system for almost three months.

I truly thought that our case got lost.

Yesterday was the 91st day of the approval, and we were going to ask the USCIS to send a copy to the NVC.

So we both called the NVC, and heard surprising news that our case was complete and sent to the embassy on July 30.

Soon after I talked to an NVC operator, I also got email response to my email that I sent a long time ago. It has our case number.

Today my husband got e-Packet (SEO 3.5) from the US embassy in Seoul.

With the case number assigned, I submitted online interview scheduling form.

In less than two hours, the embassy sent me e-Packet4 with a specific interview date (8:30 a.m. on August 25), a little more than two weeks from today.

I am so excited to see my husband soon.

I have a question. In E-PKT4, it says that I need to bring 'Affidavit of Support (I-134)' for the interview.

My husband thinks that he sent affidavit of support when we sent our I-130 or I-129F petition to the USCIS.

After the approval, the USCIS sent back all the documents we submitted to my husband.

Can I bring the same affidavit of support (I-134) to the embassy interview?

Or does he have to fill out the I-134 form and sign it again for my embassy interview?

Thank you in advance.

Hi jamster. Could you perphaps be referring to the DS-230 form? If so, here is a sample guide: http://www.***removed***/forms/ds-230-sampl...application.pdf

For as long as the I-134 is original and notarized, then you should bring to the embassy. =) Btw, it's best to provide originals of COE and paystubs. Photocopies of IRS transcripts are accepted.
