Good Day to all VJ

Ive been reading this file since me and my bf havent met in person. and now that we are engaged and is now getting ready to file the K1 visa. ive been confuse of using the middle name. here in the philippines, our middle name is the last name of our mother when they are still single. i just found out the usage of middle name in US is different here in philippines as it is what my fiance is using now. i wont have problem with that, but my daughter is. my daughter's name is SAMANTHA NICOLE. and on her birth certificate, it is written like this FIRST NAME= SAMANTHA NICOLE / MIDDLE NAME = INDOYON . if i were to fill up the form and do the way like my fiance do.. will it be conflicted? or i will follow what is written on my daughter's birth certificate.? will i use N as NICOLE for her middle name or still use I as INDOYON.

i hope i have given the right info for you to answer my question and help me work this out. thanks in advanc

To be consistent, follow the one that is written in the birth certificate. I did not encounter any problems by using my two first names at the embassy level and even now that I am here in the US. My driver's license, green card, credit card all have my two first names, maiden name, and last name.

thanks for the reply.. i wont be worried now. i know it wont be a worry, just my fiance makes him about it. he even want me to have a new passport to change the middle name that i am using. but its ok now, i let him know that i will really follow to what is written on my birth and passport. he will just make it more conflict on me to do it. thanks again.!
