Congratulations!!! I'm here in Texas too..I got my Permanent REsident card too last week..we have the same case I guess but I applied my AOS last April and got my Green CArd July 29..

11-01-07- My fiance got a letter from NVC that within 2 weeks Manila Consulate will send my Packet

11-20-07- Date of my Packet, actually the real one was earlier but it was sent somewhere, good thing my Fiance arrived to spent Thanksgiving day in Phils and we checked the status in Embassy.

11-23-07- Medical though the exact date was Nov. 29..

01-16-98- Attended CFO

01-18-08- Arrived in USA , POE-Guam

Had to make an Info Pass appointment because there was a delay in receiving the NOA for our I-751. Never found out the reason for the delay but they gave Thao a 1 year green card stamp in her passport and we got a the NOA 2 days later.
