On I-134 form item 9 is asking if petitioner has previously submitted affidavit of support?

If a petitioner has submitted affidavit for visitors visa and that visa was denied do the petitioner still has to mention that he/she has submitted affidavit and name of the beneficiary?

and item no. 10 is

I have submitted a visa petition to US citizenship and immigration service on behalf of following persons...for this item petitioner has to mention beneficiary name...or has to mention none.

Pretty simple!

Just put what they ask for if you've submitted a affidavit of support before and who you did such for.

Pretty easy for them to check these days unless it happened 30 years or more in the past!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

If I was not confused I would not ask question and waste our time...

I am still not sure if petitioner has to mention name of beneficiary she/he has previously submitted affidavit of support form even though visa was denied at that time? because at that time affidavit of support form was not even considered or looked or asked for by the officer and straight away it was rejected.

and also confused about item no. 10

when it ask if petitioner has submitted visa petition...actually this is the first ever petition for which petitioner is submitting affidavit of support form...so should we write none or write beneficiary name?

If you submitted an affadavit for someone in the past, then list the name of that person and the date under item 9.

As for item 10, you will list the name, relationship, and date for the person you submitted the affadavit for in item 9 on the first line, and the name of your fiancee, the fact that she is your fiancee, and the date you submitted the I-129F on the second line.
