hello guys! Im confused about my DS 156 Question NUmber 36...Anyone done k3 interview...share whats your answer ...Question number 36. HAS ANYONE EVER FILED AN IMMIGRANT VISA PETITION ON YOUR BEHALF? YES or NO...hmmmm i just wanna make sure that my answer is correct coz i choose YES since my husband filed I-130 and im under K3 now...PLease reply guys!!! Thanks alot!!!

My wife's answer was yes and in the space wrote, "I-130 for CR1 Pending, Spouse"
