hi there: my wife want's to go ahead and book her medical...... does she need to have with her the actual letter from the embassy to go to that or only the visa # and confirmation that the embassy has received it?

Smart to do the medical early. She needs Passport, 3 passport photos, ballpen and email notification of interview or NOA2 approval notice. My wife did hers almost 2 months early.

Have her make a copy of her passport as St. Lukes will take it and forward it to USEM. Be sure she's not in period also.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

:thumbs: i didn't get the actual letter from the embassy, i just printed out the e-mail that i got from the usem call center :) my postal and school i.d, passport, black pen and three 2x2 pic plus the medical fee :D god bless you and good luck to your wife :)
