Called the CSC, she said that your RFE has been approved by supervisor and has been generated and will be mailed out today. you should recieve it in the next two days. If you didn't have it in two weeks give us a call.

OK. I hope it will be here by Friday and no later than Saturday.

Finally, I recieved RFE email this morning. I hope the mail will be here Friday or Saturday.

Do you guys know how long after they recieve the respond they will take action on my case?

Not yet, I called them in two days and they said it will be mailed out today and then they said there is no way to track when the letter goes out of the building. Last time he said just wait for one week and you will get it.

My case was files in 2006, they may have lost some papers or application or something has been changed. I should have had an approval by now, but man USCIS is slow.

Something else, I asked the CSC rep. how long would take them to process my RFE after the recieve it, and he goes "You know, it is summer time and some officers may go on vacation for couple weeks. Sometimes it gets longer to process them".

I am hoping today or tomorrow to get something otherwise, MOnday or Tuesday or as he said Wed. or Thur.

O'well, what should I do. We have been waiting for 4 years now and we haven't seen eachother for 1 year. Even though we were persuing this from very begining but we have never been lucky with USCIS and that is how it is.

If this is my luck, probably RFE letter would get lost in mail. Just wait and see.

I understand how you can take a negative view of what might happen but it costs you nothing to try to remain positive. You've come so far and at least an RFE indicates movement. I'm kind of expecting one myself but for no particular reason. I just have a feeling.

When will you be able to see your husband again? I hope it is soon. A year is too long for a man and wife to be separated.

You are right, she is my husband (I didn't pay enough attention till you said it)

Well, I was waiting for my citizenship and I didn't have my national passport neither my Reentry Permit (expired) so From last year when I applied for my citizenship and it took 9 months to get it.

We are going to see eachother soon but this process is taking longer than what we have expected, so very soon (hopfully by mid september) we should see eachother.

We are trying to extend this so we do it one shot at once killing two birds and she comes here afterward.

We don't know yet, but I hope it happens soon.

She has a account and she can call any phone in the US for free. I have skype phone at home and that is two way free. She calls from Internet and my phone is directly connected to internet. Rest of needs, I don't have any idea. I think we are just simple.

BTW, I went to check my PO box and thanks to you I got my RFE. They want copy of original marriage certificate.

I will express mail it today and it will be there tomorrow.

This is what it says:

I should be really master of touches in all time. Today, I had 19 touches in about one month. I guess they won't stop doing this.
