I got another touch today. I told you I am the LUD master.

My case keeps getting touched every other day ever since they moved it to CSC.

My case keeps getting touched every other day ever since they moved it to CSC.

Is this automatic? Mine is not in a sequence or something. Somtimes I get a touch on Sundays and sometimes on Saturdays. What makes me nervous even more is for a fact that CSC officer told me your case has been assigned to an officer. This was on Friday and I have got to touches since then.

I wish I could understand how does this thing work.

I don't think USCIS really work on the cases when they touch them, I dont think they even they a look at them... They literally just touch them!!! AND THEN THEY UPDATE THEY'RE SYSTEM TO PLAY WITH PEOPLES EMOTIONS

Some people don't get any touch and then they get two and then approval.

You mean that my case is attached to officers badge and everytime s/he clocks in, I get a new LUD?

I don't think USCIS really work on the cases when they touch them, I dont think they even they a look at them... They literally just touch them!!! AND THEN THEY UPDATE THEY'RE SYSTEM TO PLAY WITH PEOPLES EMOTIONS

Looks like you will have approval this week. When you upgrade your petition from PR to USC it usually take less time because of your priority date. This happended to one of my friends and in 2 months after upgrading he got the approval.

I called CSC, RFE line and ask for my case. Imagine after 3 weeks and 11 touches, they just have found out that they need to give me a RFE. She said I don't know what it is but the supervisor will send it to the clerk and you will recieve a letter in TWO weeks, showing what missing evidence you need to submit.

Do you guys have any idea?

Does anyone know how to get the RFE faster to send it, my wife is not in a good condition and situation.

Guess I should start worrying then. I've been getting more and more touches lately and have been stressing over a possible RFE. But I've been keeping myself calm by remembering how many you've had without getting one. LOL

Touch is what they use here in this forum. Actualy is LUD (Last Up Date). When you have account online with immigration, it shows you last time someone updated your file (case) and basically touched it to update something or look at it.

BTW,

I have another LUD today. I hope we will figuerout exactly what it is today. I am still hoping that I won't get an RFE.

Got off the phone with CSC.

She said, that your case has been sent to a supervisor for review to make sure an RFE is needed. Then they will send you a copy in mail and there is no way to fax it.

So here I am stuck with this BS again, USCIS is now like my family. I want to kick them for bad behavior. Guess what, called senator office to follow up for my expedite file, they said that the person who is handling these kind of cases is out of office till Monday (Senator's Feinastein) and then I called senator Boxer's office, and they don't work for any expedited cases.

Do you guys have any suggestion or what?
