I am sending off the documents in the morning.Im just doing some last minute checks and part 2 elegibility am i A(6) or A(9)

A(6) is K1 non immigrant fiance of US citizen.

A(9) is K3 non immigrant spouse of US citizen.

I originally came over on a K1 and last month we got married here. So my question for that part am i A(6) or A(9). Depending on the amswer i send this to the chicago lockdown or vermont service center.

galwayman,

Can't be (a)(9) if you're a K1.

Whether you're (a)(6) or not depends on whether you're also applying for adjustment of status, or have already applied for adjustment.
