We're 148 on Igor's list. Finally moved today, after days of being stuck as 151.

I-129F Sent: Aug 20th 2008

Interview Date: April 8th 2009, 10:30 - APPROVED!

K-1 Visa Received: April 9th 2009

POE: Aug 8th 2009, Minneapolis

Wedding: Aug 28th 2009

Our I-129f was approved in 107 days from our NOA1 date.

Our I-129f was approved in 114 days from our filing date.

Our case spent 52 days being chewed by NVC.

Our interview took 224 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

Dude just look at it this way, you have a good week+ on your NOA1 compared to me, so you could be getting your NOA2 way ahead, kinda evens out eh?

I asked my Emilia what she wanted for christmas towards the end of August and she told me she wished I can be with her. On September we were going through a rough stretch, separation, custody battles and she was stressed! I felt I needed to do something to put a smile on her face, for a beautiful face like that, it always deserves a smile! so I did some research, budgets and I ended up with a cheap ticket back home on new years instead of christmas. Better late than never right? I may miss new years but I am still with her and our kids days later! Booked and waited till she woke up, called her and said Hun check your email, she said why? then she saw the Itinerary i forwarded to her and she lost her voice and teared in joy!

I'd also like to add that waiting sucks, and I don't like it... anyone care to guess when the first NOA2 for august CSC will be approved.. I'm going to guess Dec 9 (this may be optimistic but I'm feelin lucky... not lucky enough to be the one who gets that NOA2... since I'm a late august filer but one of the early august filers could definitely get a NOA2 for dec 9).

Here's to hoping my prediction is right, but I'd also settle for just being really close...
