I have my ticket booked to visit the Fiancee again this January of 2009. Leaving Seattle on the 31st of December, cheap ticket since no one realy travels new years eve, hehehehe. The countdown has begun! WOOHOOOO!

This just to let you know we have finally received our NOA1 ( Hard Copy) through our Attorney( We thank the Lord ) The wait is still on and we together in this journey. :thumbs:

GREAT idea on the NYE ticket. I found a dirt cheap one myself :o) Thanks!! (F)

This is depressing. We bought my fiance's visiting ticket a month ago and I didn't even think of looking at NYE. He's flying home Jan 6. It would have been $400 cheaper, but if we changed it now we'd only save $200. :( Not worth the hassle.

I got the tracking number off the check, we're in the system! Finally! So now we hunker down and wait. But he'll be here in a month for a very long visit so I'm really excited about the wait! :D

Just as an FYI, you will rarely see anythng like a touch for the CSC, VSC yes they touch a lot more. CSC NADA! I've read around here that some people already got their NOA2's and the website still says no touch or has not been updated.

Big advice, I'd stop looking at the status, you will all loose your minds.

I already forgot to check, I will start checking in December and January for status, but for now, nope.

We received our NOA1 hard copy sometime this week, too. Ages after it was emailed to my fiance.

I-129F Sent: Aug 20th 2008

Interview Date: April 8th 2009, 10:30 - APPROVED!

K-1 Visa Received: April 9th 2009

POE: Aug 8th 2009, Minneapolis

Wedding: Aug 28th 2009

Our I-129f was approved in 107 days from our NOA1 date.

Our I-129f was approved in 114 days from our filing date.

Our case spent 52 days being chewed by NVC.

Our interview took 224 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

Feb 19 2008 - sent I - 129 F application (California Service Center) K1 Application

Feb 22 2008 - CSC returned application re: check lost ( actually when he changed new envelope, the check was left in the old envelope :P)

Feb 23 2008 - re sent I 129 application

March 6 2008 - NOA1 by Postal Mail

July 23 2008 - Touched and Petition Approved / sent to NVC

Aug 19 & 20 - Medical Tests @ St Lukes Extension Clinic - PASSED!!!

Aug 26 - Visa Interview ..... PINK SLIP oh GOD thank you so much!

Sept 2 - VISA Packet Delivered !!!

Sept 26 - Cebu - Manila - (POE) San Francisco - St Paul/ Minneapolis, Minnesota

Nov 15 - Our Wedding Day!
