What do we put in the title on the envelope? I'm thinking since it is a petition it should be "petition for alien fiance" or something like that. Secondly, she's sending in a money order so she would send it the nebraska service center address right?

I know how to address the envelope, but I just want to make it easier for the USCIS. WHat my Fiancé wants to know is how to address it "i-129F Petition for Alien Fiancé" then the Nebraska Service Center address, and what department do I need to put on the money order?

Nope

8-30-05 Met David at a restaurant in Germany

3-28-06 David 'officially' proposed

4-26-06 I-129F mailed

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

On the envelope we wrote "I129f Original Submission". Don't really think it made any difference - it certainly won't get sent back if you don't write anything on it. Our approval (Sep 2004, VSC) took just under 4 weeks, which was about normal for VSC at the time.

The initial mystery that attends any journey is: how did the traveller reach his starting point in the first place?

General Tips on Assembling Applications for Mailing

Mark both the envelope and the cover letter as to the nature of the submission. Example: ORIGINAL SUBMISSION - BRIEF FOR AN APPEAL - RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - etc.
