This morning Aubrey and I went to her Biometrics Appt in Jacksonville. There was only 1 other person waiting (10am appt) We were in and out in 25 minutes!

This afternoon I checked the USCIS website and got the update On August 5, 2008, we transferred this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action.

Her work permit still just stated that they received it and were processing it.

AP document isn't even showing up online yet although we received NOA1 July 11th. This must be processed differently from the other documents.

I hope this means we don't have to do the interview thing although I'm sure it would be a breeze.

Typically transfer to CSC results in green-card without interview, however I have read of some cases where CSC adjudicator decides an interview is needed, and in that case it gets sent back to NBC and on to Local office for interview.

Ours was sent to CSC and no interview.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
