'Checklist order response' telephone message after I sent DS-230

I mailed in my DS-230 form and supporting documents Tuesday of last week and now I got a new message that the NVC has received my checklist order response. Does that mean they got my DS-230 or does it mean it finally cashed my IV fee bill? I never got a new message for the fee bill so I'm not sure what that response is for. If anyone experienced this response, I would like to know (NVC is busy).

They had to have cashed your IV Bill check or you wouldn't have received the DS-230 checklist, which is what the NVC is reviewing now according to their auto message. If you already sent them the I-864 with all financial info, you're done and you should be hearing the "case completed" message soon.

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview
