Just thought i'd post a note to anyone who maybe interested and is close enough, Milwaukee is having their 10th annual Arabworld Festival at the Summerfest grounds this weekend. Its goes from Augst 8-10. The cost is $10. to get in.

07/21/11 filed AOS off tourist visa

07/28/11 USCIS cashed check

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(

07/21/11 filed AOS off tourist visa

07/28/11 USCIS cashed check

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(

It is time for Malarie and Jackie to get their groove on. Road trip up to Wisconsin to meet Terrie and Kamal! Anybody else want to come? It should be great weather. We'l take lots of pics!

UPDATE: WEATHER FOR SATURDAY IS TO BE BEAUTIFUL!!!!! BRING A SWEATER ALONG WE ARE GONNA BE RIGHT ON THE LAKE SO IT MAY GET COOLER AT NIGHT. THERE IS A POSSIBLITY OF A THUNDERSHOWER BUT IT SAYS ISOLATED. SO NO NEED TO WORRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! E-HAAAAAAAA I WANNA RIDE A CAMEL!!!!

I am really looking forward to this road trip! I will take lots of pics to share. WOM I wish you could go too.

I am excited to see Malarie again! We had an awesome time last summer at a concert. (wow girl...look how much can happen in a year..hehe) VJ 2.0 fever ........... Terrie, can't wait to meet you!

just make sure you bring a sweater or jacket!!!! That wind can turn around and come off the lake at any time and then its 20 degrees cooler!

I made the mistake of showing this to my husband, who now REALLY wants to go...I would LOVE to go as well, but somehow the possibility of going into labor 5 1/2 hours from home while at some big festival doesn't sound like a very good idea...I think I'd be willing to risk it if it was 2 hours away or less.

I'm jealous. Have fun dancing in the sunshine, ladies! :dance::dance:
