Spouse's birth certificate is in hindi. If I were to translate the document to send it to NVC does this need to be notarized?

Can a family member translate it and get it notarized?

Received IIN # and Paid I-864 Bill 2008-07-21

Printed Barcode sheet and Returned Completed I-864 : 2008-07-25

Received DS-3032 and aos bill in mail : 2008-07-29

Return Completed DS-3032 (hardcopy) : 2008-07-29

NVC received I 864: 2008-07-31

The certification format should include the certifier's name, signature, address, and date of certification. A suggested format is:
