I can not file my paperwork until I recieve my divorce decree. But I am preparing ahead.

Question 1: Will my using a Co sponsor for my affidavit be a problem?

Question 2: Do I have to have a certain amount of money in the bank (What is the purpose oof having bank statements?

Question3: After filing my first paperwork how long does this entire process take?

Question 4: If my fiance has a visitors visa denail (I applied for him to visit when we first met) will this have an affect on our K1 visa application

I appreciate any imformation you can provide.

1) No

2) No, only if you need assets to make up for a shortfall in income

3) Depends on service center and country... 4-5+ mos for USCIS... Then however long it takes for Kingston

4) No

YMMV
