delbros not replying

I wasn't given the white slip for document verification, just the pink slip. I assume this is because I paid the DV like a month ago. I texted delbros regarding the status of my visa/passport delivery but I received no reply. I tried contacting them to no avail.

I texted "tracking number status" to the delbros SMS hotline but I haven't received a reply in two days. What is the best way to contact them?

I've also been trying to check the status of my visa/passport shipment through their website but I don't think it's working. I always receive the message "Connection timed out. THe requested URL could not be retrieved"

Don't stop calling DELBROS for follow up... Sometimes the text inquiry is not effective... Call them ...

the text hotline is system generated for deliveries.. sorry but dnt expect a reply..

they just say txt that number for inquiries since they stopped entertaining calls..

but that truth is.. they dont wanna be bothered by so many people's inquiries..

Hello, this used to be DELBROS visa delivery number: 02 339 2761 local 127 or 118 and it used to be Redrose who was incharge with visa delivery.. it's been almost 3 months ago so I don't know if si Redrose parin but i think the same parin yong local number.

When you call and they would tell you to just inquire through text, tell them that you have been texting but have not received any reply. Be firm talaga or they will just brush you off.

I actually didn't receive any text from them regarding visa delivery. I called USEM and made follow up re my visa, I only started texting DELBROS when USEM confirmed the printing and release of my visa. Pero yon din, di nila sinasagot text ko kaya tumawag ako, after I called they sent me a text that my visa was in transit to Davao and that was it.. I never receive any of those normal "visa delivery will start or will be delivered on this dates..." or whatever it is that they normally text. Dumating nalang visa ko without warning but of course I am not complaining.

Make sure your fiance calls USEM and follow up on your visa status first coz calling delbros would be futile if the visa is not yet released to them.

here is the USEM direct line: 011 632 301 2000 ext 5184 or 5185.. tell your fiance to look for grace or lorraine. You can make the call yourself pero mataray sila if yong beneficiary ang tumatawag but they entertain calls from petitioner with no problem.

Just to add, Pink slip is not always a guarantee that you will receive your visa in matter of days... i got pink slip only during my interview but it took 13days before I recieved my visa. It took USEM more than a week after interview to print and release my visa. And having K2 was not the reason for delay coz may nakasabay ako na K1/K2 din sila and same with me, 2 din anak, their visa was released a day after our interview.

Meron din, isa who only applied for K1 who received pink slip lang din but her visa was released later than mine, she got it more than 2weeks after her interview.

Kaya dapat follow up lang din sa USEM.

i would just like to remind you that they're not only verifying NSO documents..

but even NBI, police clearances, gov docs or legal docs that you submit to them at the interview..

this is to make sure no one is submitting fake documents..

that is what they told me at USEM before..

I didn't get the white slip for document verification so I'm thinking this is because I paid for my DV 3 weeks before the interview. or would document verification only begin after the interview?
