Civil Surgeon for Vaccination Records Only?

Civil Surgeon will not transfer the vaccination records to the I-693, they want to redo a full medical, even though medical is less than 1 year old. I contacted several Civil Surgeon on the list, all are the same… any advice? Thanks!

Do a VJ search for DR. L.E. Arnold and give her a call

I ran into the same problem- it took a while to convince them that I did NOT need a full medical- only the vaccination supplement.

You can always print off or show them the section that specifies this and bring it with you.

I brought my vaccination records from another country and they transfered them without even asking me. All I got was the blood test and the TB test.
