COMPLAINTS FOR DELBROS.

today is Aug 22 and my fiance just called USEM to verify if my ver doc are already there. GUESS WHAT?!?!

WALA PA DAW!!!!! more than a month ago i paid it and delbros told me that on July 21 and July 28 there has been a transaction with regards to my doc ver., i called NSO the same day and told me my doc has been sent to the USEM and when i called USEM ON THE SAME DAY, my name is not there yet - this was 2 weeks ago!!!!!!

at ngayon kakatawag lang ng fiance ko, wala paden daw sa USEM doc ko! interview ko na sa 28! my fiance told me that a lady told him that its been over a month since i paid, she asked if we already made a follow up at delbros. - like shes also wondering why they still dont have my verified documents in their system.

also again today i called NSO after my fiance told me what happened to his talk with the USEM personnel. i looked for Richard and he said that they dont give out information about the doc ver unless its the USEM whos calling him. he even told me, i can tell the USEM to call him and make the request... HE EVEN SAID THAT IT ONLY TAKES 15 WORKING DAYS FOR THEM TO DO THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IM SO PISSED TO WHO EVER IS SCREWING THE DOCUMENT VERIFICATION PROCESS!!!!

NSO is very incompetent... same with Delbros...

their system is way out of control... its totally messed up!!!

Shes i knew what you feel..Just tell your fiance to follow-up trice a week in the embassy..Mine was processed for more than a month but Thank God I am now in the last step.Waiting for my visa to arrived..Just hold on and pray..Keep calling Richard, text Delbros and follow-up the embassy..Do not sit down and relax coz they will not do their job if they are not told to do so..Kilopagong sila as in..

But we have nothing to do..Just be patient..

this is what im exactly doing. my husband called the USEM an hour ago and he was told that they'd follow up on my case. he was instructed to call again on Monday. but since its a holiday, he'd call on tuesday.

im patiently waiting for the Golden text from Delbros. hoping and praying to receive it soon...

I was just on the phone with PJ. He told me that my case is now with the verifier so it means it won't reach the embassy by the 28th so I won't be surprised if I get a white slip on my interview. I just hope they will be able to send it next Friday. People working for the government are very lazy indeed.

after dealing with delbros and nso bullshits i never even bothered to call them again my mindset was if theres a white slip so be it..im fed up with them.. theres nothing i can do for them to expedite my dv process...

so yesterday my fiance called USEM and spoke to grace..as always grace was very nice and accomodating unlike lorraine who is kinda sarcastic sometimes..grace told him that my documents are already there..i have an annotated birth certificate and grace was gracious enough to tell that to my fiance.. and she even told him that the consul might ask for my documents/finality of my name change and to bring that to my interview...

yea your right. bahala na lang kung white slip nga. after all kasalanan ko din naman kase nagmamadali akong magpainterview. i just hope it won't take that long before i receive the visa.

cool ka lang cyra baka nga nagkamali lang ung nakausap ng fiance mo sa USEM baka nga andun na un. for sure pink slip na kau ni marie ako ewan.....bahala na lang....see you!

cool ka lang cyra baka nga nagkamali lang ung nakausap ng fiance mo sa USEM baka nga andun na un. for sure pink slip na kau ni marie ako ewan.....bahala na lang....see you!

eh kase eh... nakaka iyak, they are so unfair.. but i know, after the interview ko lang msasabi kung white and pink or pink lang. sorry sorry..nagiging emotional ako girl..kitakits nalang tayo dun!

i dont know if calling them as much as we can helps.... cus lots of applicants, including me, as been doing this and theres no difference..
