I think it just about 2 cops trapped in one of the buildings and later rescued. I really don't like Nicolas Cage though.

not sure if anyone outside of NYC heard about this...

theres a widow of one of the port authority cops that died in the towers who is upset because the movie is using her husband's name and shows him/the character dying in a 90 second sequence... when she saw a preview of the movie she got upset and is trying to get the producers to remove the scene or at the least not use his name..

I like the idea of paying tribute to the heroism on that day of the people trying to save others, and the sacrifice many of them made in that awful time, but the movie will give 'publicity' to the acts (of terrorism) themselves and I guess I'm a bit uncomfortable with that aspect of it..

I know that won't be the 'focus' of the movie, but even so...

Well I'm guessing that the focus of the action will be a little wider than simply two men buried under wreckage. If not it will make for a very long movie... ;)
