All I can do is shake my head at this one.

Does his ex-wife have any more sisters????????????

America wants to invite people of vision and energy with entrepreneurial skills and creative talents

This guy qualifies on all of em

Being a crook as well has never been a barrier to people with those attributes being successful in America

Trouble is, he isn't selling snake oil to the public, but pulling the tail of the DOHS, so he qualifies as a mover and a shaker but knowing your customer (or victim) is the first prerequisite, and he fails on that

That's like my cat trying to pull down a buffalo - 10 out of 10 for courage and imagination and effort - no points for practicality

If they are doing this fraudulenty, I personally hope that the intending immigrant is denied, the sister in the US is deported and the US citizen gets charged with intent to commit fraud. I am sick and tired of people scamming while so many of us have waited so long to do it the correct and legal way.

I agree!! it's time to stop all these crooks from entering the US. Alot of Asian countries bring their whole family fraudulently.

Don't let the choices chose you, chose the choices that you want.

I think the intent comes through clearly in the title to this thread: "Getting sis, nieces and nephews to US!, Fast way!". It isn't about marrying his true love - his 'divorced' wife's sister - it is about getting his current wife's family to the US the fast way - taking a short-cut going around the current waiting times for extended family. As proposed, the situation is indeed fraud.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Yes but it can't be proved so nobody goes to jail (unless you think the USCIS traces the IP address for everyone who posts on visa journey)

However the USCIS does not need proof to deny the visa - just suspicion

They would struggle with deportations too

But not to worry as the scheme will not work - no visa !

I watch a lot of american tv with 'trial by television ' and all the innuendo and blackening of people's character that goes on - but it doesn't work in court where proof beyond a reasonable doubt - not beyond a reasonable suspicion, is needed

People are called slime balls and scum on telly and 'look at his demeanor' as soon as they are arrested and before trial - its hilariously primitive justice compared to other systems

But the court system seems to work just great (OJ haha ! ) and proper proof is needed in court

The title to this thread is the OP's take on the situation. Not necessarily the alien's intent. I agree with Boiler. It might appear to be a rather unorthodox approach to family but it is certainly not conclusive that it's fraud.

Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice

Not if you divorce your wife and marry the sibling - thats the point

Sibling - silly word - sounds like dribbling - i say brothers/sisters but that sounds like blisters so there is no winning

What if you a marry a siamese twin - do they both get green cards ? if not then....
