AOS Interview

Hey Guys

So we just found out our AOS interview will be september 22nd! It seems like a long ways but i wanted to know what we will need to take with us. I have the following list of stuff i think we need and we will be taking:

• Interview notice letter
• Both of our drivers licenses
• EAD
• My English passport
• AP
• Both of our Birth Certificates
• Certified copy of marriage license
• Biometrics appointment letter
• Receipt notice for EAD application
• Receipt notice for AP application
• Receipt notice for AOS application
• Insurance documents for our jeep
• 2 recent rent bills
• A recent cell phone bill
• A recent electric bill
• A recent joint bank statement
• Some photos from the wedding

If anone can add anything onto this list, or reassure me that we are good to go, i would be very grateful!!

Supplemental Evidence:

1. Copy of United States Citizen Birth Certificate (or Naturalization Papers)

2. Copy of Foreign Spouses Birth Certificate (translated if Necessary)

3. Copy of United States Citizen Passport

4. Copy of Foreign Spouses Passport

5. Official Copy of Marriage Certificate

6. Official Copy of Divorce Papers of Prior Marriage if Necessary

8. Joint ownership of property

9. Joint lease of apartment or other property

10. Joint Bank Accounts or other accounts

11. Joint Utility Bills – Water, Gas, Electricity, Phone, Cable, Internet

12. Any mail that has both of your names on it with the same address

13. Mail coming with the same address in one person name or the other

14. Co-Mingling of Financial Resources

15. Any paper which has each other as a designated beneficiary such as 401K, Life Insurance Policy, Bank Accounts etc.

16. Joint Tax Returns

17. Children together – With Birth Certificate

18. Affidavits from people who have knowledge of your relationship

19. Joint Credit Cards

20. Joint Health Insurance/Medical Insurance

21. Joint Car Insurance

22. Wedding Cards

23. Wedding Invitations

24. Photographs during all periods of time

25. Wedding Registry

26. Phone Records

27. Anything else that you think would lend credibility to prove a bonafide marriage
