Hows everybody doing?

well im not good myself, l have these questions thats bothering me everyday of my life.

To start, l married a guy from PA in 2006, after the wedding he went back to PA to start the processing of my K3 visa

we were able to file it early 2007 march if l remember it correctly, well from the start l really ddint like the idea of marrying him since he is was too old for me, l was 24 back then and he was 47, then time goes by and eventually l lack interest of communicating with him thru phone calls, emails and chatting. Also early 2007 Jan, l met this guy from CA l really liked him and we get along just fine. then he decided to come visit me here. after his 3rd visit when he was just about to propose to me, l decide l should tell him the truth, that im married. But l dont like the guy lm married with. So l did told him, he was surprise of course but then he still accepted me and still wants to continue our relationship since l also told him that l really dont like the guy that lm married with. Then came June of 2007 l receive a notice from USCIS that my petition for I-130 from was aprroved. The other guy from CA was willing to help me get out of my marriage and so we did. He helped me find a lawyer in PA to processed the divorce. In still in the Philippines, he paid a lawyer in PA to work on my divorce from my previous marriage, then on December 18th '07 the lawyer sent me my divorce papers. and then this year April that guy from CA, we started filing for my I-129F. Its already July now and we receive our NOA and case num last May.

We decide to just get married in CA. NOW,. my questions are...

* Will my previous marriage and K3 petition affects my filing of I-129F right now?

and usually what will happen after an I-130 get aprroved?

*Is there still a chance that l could be aprroved for a petition in the US?

My I-129F status now is till pending. And l also check my previous I-130 form and it still says approved.

NEED HELP AND ADVICE HERE PLEASE... I'D REALLY APPRECIATE ANY ADVICE. :crying:

THANK YOU

GOB BLESS US ALL.
