Hi,

On June 6th I mailed off the I-751 form and evidence to remove conditions on my wife and daughter (to CA Service Center). I received notice they had received/cashed the money order on the 13th of June. We then received notice of an appointment for Biometrics for late June. They actually gave my wife and 12 year old daughter separate dates for Biometrics but we were able to do both at the same time in Yuma, AZ.

I forget the date, but I believe our daughter received her one year extension around mid June. My wife has not yet received her extension. Should I be worried or is this normal for some reason? I keep checking on the website but there is no new information other than they have received the paperwork and it's in process.

Who/where can I contact to obtain my wife's one year extension?

Thanks for any help.

Dave

Schedule an Info-pass appointment, and ask for I-551 stamp in wife's passport.

Do as YuandDan said. When my wife and daughter adjusted status and took biometrics USCIS mixed up their A# and things got all screwed up.Wouldn't hurt to check. Nice to have the I-551 stamp in PPs also.

Thanks for the quick replies. The InfoPass page says "if it has been over 45 days", so since it's barely at that point since mid-June maybe I'll wait another 10 days to schedule an appointment. As Haole mentioned, they might have mixed up the A numbers of my daughter and wife since they received separate appointment dates earlier.

I'll have to locate the forms/dates to update my file; haven't been too organized lately.

Thanks again for the help.
