finger prin or biometric

Hi all,

we are about to fill out the application for removing condition, and the question I have was in the general instruction of the form ...it said "2 completed finger print card (form fd-258)....you must indicate you A# on the finger print card".....ok so where do i get this form ...please advice ..

The fingerprint cards are only needed if filing I-751 while living overseas.

Bio-metrics at USCIS will take care of fingerprinting if done in the USA, no cards needed.

If you were to read the rest of the instruction it says:

2. Two completed fingerprint cards (Form FD-258) for applicants and dependents between the ages of 14 and 79. You must indicate your Alien Registration Number (A#) on the fingerprint card and ensure that the completed cards are not bent, folded, or creased. The fingerprint cards must be prepared by a U.S. Embassy or U.S. Consulate, USCIS Office, or U.S. Military Installation.

All these locations are over-seas except USCIS office, which will do a bio-metrics. US Military Installation is for military deployed over-seas.
