Our cheque has been cashed on August 6. At least something after 2 weeks...

We already have the case number, and now waiting for NOA1 hard copy.

Great they received my package on the 22nd, so it feels like we might be getting closer to a check cashing.....I am hoping we are close. Congrats!!!!

I re-sent my petition to VSC today through EMS, they told me it will be delivered by 3pm tomorrow, and i'm keeping my fingers crossed for an instant NOA1 this time around

My fiancé did the case online registration. If not mistaken, below is the URL, you may give it a try.

First of all, you need to create a Customer Portfolio @ https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp

Then, key in the required information, that includes your EACXXXXXXXXXXX

You'll be able to track your case status after that.

I am so happy for all those who filed in July, that has recieved their NOA1, but i'd like to start a post for us who filed a K-1 in July and their service center is, Vermont. If one has already been started excuse this post. I think, for those who filed a K1 in July and at Vermont.. it'd be so mush easier to track whats going on with our own thread. I keep reading how someone got their NOA1 and I get excited then I see it's for another service center.

So, if it's fine with July, K1/Vermont filers.. lets start posting here to make it much easier for us to track Vermonts progress.

We got our K-1 NOA1 after ~13 business days in the VSC's hands.

The package arrived at VSC on July 17th, 2008. The check was debited from my fiancee's account on Aug 5 (we were able to see the case number clearly on the back of the check--you can only do this online with web banking). She received a letter the next day in the mail (Aug 6). The official date on the NOA1 form was Aug 4.

Just out of coincidence I was visiting her at the time so it was an added bonus to the trip!

Helo July K-1 Filers,

This is my first post, so I hope this is readable...

I am a USC from Maryland, my fiance is from Jakarta, Indonesia. Mailed the I-29F K-1 Application on July 5, it was received at VSC on July 8. The Notice Date on the NOA 1 is July 29. My check was cashed on July 29.
