PacificG, did your status changed? Good lord so sick & tired of waiting! :crying: When will our turn come? I've been checking USCIS website like 100000000 times a day. It is so frustrating But what can we do? nothing :crying: I called USCIS today , same old bullcrap. Lady told me I have to wait 2 more months :crying: Why are they so freaking slow? I just dont understand. Look at CSC, they are suppose to be bigger & suppose to get more petitions & yet they are approving like 4 or 5 petitions a day :crying:VSC needs to wake up & smell the coffee. To me these employees are a bunch of lazy individuals & dont give a darn about nething. They need to do some quality control on the work force working there and put some rules for some of these people to follow. I know they are backed up & all that bullcrap but comeon approving our petitions shouldn't take that long!

No western has ever come close to this one....and no western ever will.

I checked my status online and , it's still pending as of August 4, 2008, but in my porfolio it was last updated 11-13-2008.

I dont received any e mails notifications.

I hope that it is not an RFE and hoping it would be an NOA2.

Dont think it will take that long.. I think we will see alot more NOA2 early next month. Calling USCIS is totally pointless IMO. Customer representative ova thr dun noe sh|t. They just tell u wat is on the USCIS website. The USCIS & thr customer service all r terrible. Everything is mysterious and no one can tell you anything even though they are very nice about it. They are very very slow and make a lot of stupid mistakes that mess up your case, and your life, and your families lives as a result.

What is the porfolio?

Just long in to your account on USCIS website & u will see the portfolio on left. Portfolio tells you if your account was touch/updated.

Case Status Portfolio with Updates via Email

USCIS Customers (single applicant) and Representatives (representing many cases, such as lawyers, charitable groups, or corporations) who require regular access to status information about multiple cases can create an account to more conveniently access this information. The services provided are identical, except Representatives may also enter their own internal office tracking number with each receipt number.

In addition, you can choose to receive automatic case status updates, which will be sent via email.

* Create/Edit customer portfolio account

* Create/Edit representative portfolio account

* Login to an existing account.

I was on the phone with my Financee last night when I realized I have not checked my email for the day yet. So, I checked and saw an email with subject line including I-129F and my case number..... One word that jumped right out to me when I opened that email was that big APPROVED.... She is so happy too....

USIS site shows my case was last touched on Nov 19th, 2008. Status is Approval Letter Sent...

03/04/10 - Recieved AOS Interview letter.

04/07/10 - A.O.S. Interview - Approved. Very easy interview.

04-26-10 - 2Yr. Green card Received.
