MAR 04 2009...Interview.(WE ARE NOT WORRIED BECAUSE GOD IS IN CONTROL.....YAY)

MAR 28 2009...Returning to the USA with wife-to-be.

MAR 29 2009...POE (IAH) Intercontinental Airport Houston (2nd day arrival )

APR 10 2009....Our Glorious Wedding (Good Friday, How cool uh?)

I haven't heard anything as of yet either, but I just read, " Does a fast NOA2 approval mean a slow NVC receipt? " and this person recieved their Noa2 in 21 days. It was filed late August and already got a Noa2.

Maybe the July filers will be lucky as well and receive good news as it's now October. Good luck to us all. :D

11/05/09 - Transferred to C.S.C.

11/10/09 - Biometrics - Cancelled waiting for new appt.

12/21/09 - Biometrics - Went well with no problems.

12/31/09 - EAD Card received.

02/16/10 - Transferred to Lee's Sumit, Mo

03/04/10 - Recieved AOS Interview letter.

04/07/10 - A.O.S. Interview - Approved. Very easy interview.

04-26-10 - 2Yr. Green card Received.

keep the faith guys!!!!! I know this is really hard journey for all of us but at the end i know we will be with our loved ones, and the waiting is worth!!!!I have feeling we will get approval by end of october and November!

still have the adjudication showing as early November? Does that mean when we're expected to receive NOA2?

Anyone have any ideas as to what will be needed in the next stage? Just wondering if i can start getting bits together to speed everything up...ever hopeful!

I'm still hoping for approval by Christmas as i'm all packed and ready to roll...

and me too!!! This waiting is agonising. It would be the best Christmas present EVER!!!! Fingers crossed for us all :)

March 7th - POE Newark, NY

March 30th - received SSN

April 25th - Married

April 27th - Changed name on SSN

May 12th - AOS paperwork sent

Aug 20th - Interview in Philly

Aug 21st - GC production ordered

Aug 24th - Welcome to the USA letter received

Aug 31st - Rec'd son's GC

Sept 2nd - Rec'd my GC ....all set for 2 years now

LIFTING CONDITIONS

June 20th sent I-751 to Vermont

June 25th received at Vermont.

June 27th NOA date

July 2nd Packet returned as section not filled in correctly---how stupid am I?!?!?

July 5th Packet sent back (overnight delivery) to USCIS with form filled in correctly

July 6th Packet received and signed for at Vermont

August 18th Biometrics Appointment in Philly........JULY 27TH EARLY BIOMETRICS DONE

Nearly 1 year later!!!
....received notification for my son to get biometrics done!(May 15th 2012)

May 11th 2012 Son's biometrics done early

June 2012 - Notice of lifting of conditions received

June 12th - texts- GC in production

June 13th - text- GC in post

June 15th - Received GC's!!!!!!

Thanks for that, had a quick peek...well almost 1hr spent looking!haha

Seems people aren't updating timelines as a few are showing as waiting for NOA2 but when you check their signature it shows as been received...hmmpp!

At least it gives me an idea as to where we're at!

We received our NOA1 May 2, 2008, we received our approval (NOA2) September 9, 2008. They say it is a 6 month processing, but you can receive it sooner. VSC website still says they are working on K!'s for Februaruy 2008.........just wanted to give you a heads up

Aww, when we started we thought we'd have our NOA2 at the end of October, but now we've been pushed back to the end of November. So frustrating! Still, with a visit planned for November there is much to look forward to. :)
